Kaley pulls her lips back in a snarl like way when the stallion speaks to her. She tries to lunge at him, to bite him and tear him apart for stealing her freedom from her. But she is caught but the ropes and she is only able to jerk her head and neck forward, not even close enough to bite him. The humans load her into a cart that the stallion pulls quietly. She is tied down so she cannot leap out of the cart and gallop away to freedom. She could only kick the sides of the cart lightly and throw her head around, but it hurt to do that so she quit. "What did I ever do to you? What gives you the right to steal my freedom from me!" She neighs and screams at the stallion. "What kind of horse are you to help the humans steal us from our homelands? How can just pull this cart as quietly as the dull and stupid oxen. Why...?" She broke off, her voice harsh and broken from emotion. Then she laid there quietly, too weak and heartbroken to fight.

[Hazza]

"My parents taught me to always respect the humans. Because after all, they are the ones who planted the apples for us, who planted the grass, and the hay. They are the ones who sheltered our ancestors." He said to the mare. "Even though they might abuse us sometimes... atleast we are not being eaten by the wolves. Because hey, would you rather be named WEAK because you let a little wolf 10 times smaller then you eat you? Or would you rather be named STRONG for being abused by humans and still living through it." Stammer said to the mare. "The Indians are nice. But Americans are just learning how." Stammer didn't like what he was doing. He was just listening to the orders.

((ohhhh sorry okay when they capture her... can she untie the ropes? because i have a friends thats horse can untie ropes?))

Bella jerked at the gun shot and stopped kicking "I would rather die!" she snarled at the stallion pulling herself up with her teelth barred "FINE!"she snorted ejrking her head up and down

(I think the horses need to know each others names some times soon, some times im not sure if Stammer is talking to Kaley or Bella lol. Oh and i edited Kaley's info page a bit, i thinks its some where around pg 10 if you wanna look at teh difference. She just isn't turning out to be the horse i thought of. She is more fun this way too )

Yeah, respect the humans. They didn't plant the grass, they might have planted the apple trees and hay but not the grass. The horse gods planted that. They made it to keep us alive. Kaley thought, fury still boiling inside of her. The humans had earned a little respect in the fact that they had carefully and almost gentle put her in the cart, but she still hated them and the stallion. Whats his name any way. She wondered. She knew that if she didn't hate him so much she would probably be attracted to him, his coat was pretty and his body was well built. "Oi! Traderous horse, whats your name? I like knowing the names of who i hate" She neighed up at the stallion. Besides, only the slow and dumb horses would get caught by wolves. A strong heathy and fast are like me would never get caught. She thought to herself. She really hated being tied up, her legs jerked, wanting to run and move again.

Stammer looked at her jerk. "You know, if you stopped jerking so much it wouldn't hurt." Stammer said quietly. This mare reminded him of the saying sticks and stones may break my bones. If the mare opened up and started being nice, he would of liked her way more then we does now. She has a coat the color of fire. Stammer liked that. It shines in the sun light. It shows how worthy and beautiful she is. But Stammer knew if he confessed now it wouldn't be pretty. "Would you like to hear some quotes my mother used to tell me?" Stammer asked.

Hmm he has a point. Kaley admited to herself. When the stallion asked her if she would like to hear some of his mothers quotes she almost felt honored. She probably wouldn't have opened up about any thing of her family to a horse so early. "Yeah, id kinda like that" She answered. Noticing, finally, that the stallion seemed a lot nicer than what she had first thought.

Stammer smiled. "Here are only a few:
A horse is the projection of peoples' dreams about themselves--strong, powerful, beautiful--and it has the capability of giving us escape from our mundane existence.

A horse gallops with his lungs,

Stammer says quickly glancing at Kaley. "Here are some of my favorites:

Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same.

Oh and this one is classic.

This is my most favorite.

Do not follow where the path may lead.
Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail." Stammer says again and thinks about his parents for a moment.

Kaley smiled as Stammer told her the quotes. They were beautiful and true. She relaxed and her muscles relxed from their tensed state for the first time sense Stammer first chased her. "Thanks for sharing those, they were beautiful. Your mother must have been very wise and inteligent. And my name is Kaley" She said, her voice more friendly and soft than her harsh angry voice of before.

(Its interesting to go back and read through all this lol. Well, im off to bed. Night y'all)

Stammer nods slowly. "She was." Stammer says. "Nice to meet you Kaley." He keeps pulling until the humans stop because they have come along some more humans. They stop for awhile to talk. That gives Stammer some time to rest. "Did you know that in Indian Kaley means wise child?" Stammer says. Probably not, he thinks to himself. "The Indians told me that Stammer meant Forever Forgiving. Meaning that I never forget what they did, but I always forgive." Stammer says nibbling on a patch of grass this time.
