Fernsong walked back to camp and lied down in a sunny spot

Tigerclaw purred at lavenderfall. "I know." he said and looked up at the kit as it talked. He looked at Lavenderfall. "Should we bring him to camp?" He asked in a whisper. They couldn't just leave a kit out here, when it's twolegs hardly cared for him, could they?

[Corky]

Lightstar walked to the camp slowly, "Fernsong. . . you seem different" He said.

Lavenderfall looked at the kit. She was going to be a mother soon, she couldn't leave a kit alone to get snatched up by an owl. "Should we bring him to the camp?" She asked.

[Skaiflaya]

Tigerclaw let out a sigh. "I think so, yes. But would Lightstar let him come?" He asked, his tail twitching as his amber eyes watched the kit.

Fernsong shook her head "I'm okay"

[Corky]

"Oh Lightstar would accept him in a heart-beat. Did you know that his parents were rogues who abadoned him?" She said.

Lighstar sighed.

[Skaiflaya]

Tigerclaw shook his head. "Who were his parents?" He asked, looking at her. "And even if we did bring him back, who would look after him? Us? That would be a little hard. We're expecting kits of our own. And I'll be out on patrols...." He mewed, concerned.

"The previous leader's name was named Riverstar, He'd supposedly found the kit on the border of the territory, and as soon as he had picked the newborn-kit up he heard the rustle of bushes and he saw two rogues run away. The kit's eyes were like the sun, and so he named him Lightkit " She sighed. "Maybe. . . Crystalmouth or another she-cat could take care of him" She said softly.

Jenga looked up."I can fight off a tiger!" He said proudly, displaying his teeth.

Tigerclaw listened, and looked over at the kit. "Lets take him back then i guess." He asked, taking a step toward the kit. "Then that means you have what it takes to be a warrior?" He said, his amber eyes shining. The large broad's shouldered tabby raided his head. "Show me you can fight off an attacker." He mewed, his ears perked.

The kit's blue eyes shined with an intense desire to be part of something. Jenga crouched, and using his hind legs pushed himself into the air. He lunged at Tigerclaw, and pawed Tigerclaw's neck even though his claws were not out.
