Ambertail sighed, and batted her brother's ear with a sheathed claw, but said nothing else.

Tigerclaw's tail twitched, and he stood up. He gave all three of his kits a lick between their ears, before padding out of the warriors' den, and into the snow. The broad-shouldered tabby tom's amber eyes shone bright, as he padded over to the fresh kill pile. He stopped, and picked through the fresh kill pile, but the prey was all soggy, and frozen. His stomach rumbled. Lionclaw would have to send out a hunting patrol, as deputies were supposed to do.

Bluestorm smiled at his sister. He loved his kin more than anything. He got up stretching, trying to forget about Tigerstar.

Icesong stretched, she was beginning to think she was heavy with kits. She hadn't gained that much but she had gained some weight, which was unusual as every other cat was losing weight.

Lighstar looked around, cats were starting to awaken. He padded up to Tigerclaw. "If you want you can lead a patrol" Lighstar said, resting his tail on his old friend's shoulder. "Also your kits have grown up to be quite the warriors" Lighstar said with a smile. He began to pad away.

Tigerclaw dipped his head to Lightstar. "Thank you, Lightstar. Yours are aswell." He said, his amber eyes glowing with pride. He looked around, seeing what warriors were awake. He would probably take his kits, and a few of the senior warriors with him. He looked towards the warriors' den, and began to pad through the snow, towards it.

Ambertail purred, and began sharing tongues with Bluestorm, licking his neck fur, cleaning it.

Flarewhisker's ears perked, hearing the soft crunching of snow, and looked, seeing his father coming towards them.

Bluestorm groomed himself, he looked up to see Tigerclaw padding toward them. Maybe I should ask him when its just us together, well, I'm sure Ambertail and Flarewhisker can here too. Bluestorm thought. He saw Tigerclaw morph into Tigerstar, they looked so similar. Bluestorm wondered if he, himself looked like Tigerstar.

Tigerclaw ducked his head in. "Ambertail, Flarewhisker, Bluestorm, you're coming with me on a hunting patrol." He mewed, and flickered his tail.

Ambertail's light amber eyes lit up, and she nodded to her father. She got up, and padded out of the warriors' den, the beautiful she-cat's fur a bit messy. Ambertail began to groom out her fur, making nice, and pretty once more.

Flarewhisker's tail lifted, and he got up, and followed his sister out of the den. He gave his chest a few quick licks, before standing beside his father.

Bluestorm jumped out of the warrior den. His eyes brightened at the thought of going hunting, he hoped he would find something anyway.

Tigerclaw nodded to them. "Alright. Let's leave now, then." He said, and motioned with his tail for them to follow. He padded towards the camp entrance, his amber eyes bright, as he padded through the snow.

Ambertail followed, her light amber eyes bright. She followed her father, looking around at the trees and forest. She hadn't been out in a while, and it felt good to be in the forest again.

Flarewhisker followed, his emerald eyes bright. He felt his paws and legs freeze as he trotted through the snow, feeling the cold, wetness seeping into his pelt, and sinking into his skin. He let out a shiver, his ears perked up.

Lionclaw awoke, and raised his head. He looked at Icesong, and let out a loud, affectionate, loving purr.

Fireflower blinked open her beautiful orange/amber eyes, and immediately looked for Badgerfur, who was pretty much right next to her. She purred, and sat up. She gave his cheek a lick affectionately.

Icesong nuzzled her mate, and stretched.

Badgerfur licked Fireflower's cheek in response. He felt very content as of the moment.

"Tigerclaw, are we related to a cat named Tigerstar?" Bluestorm asked as they exited the camp, he said it quietly so no other cats besides his kin would here.

Tigerclaw stopped dead in his tracks. He turned, and looked at Bluestorm. "Yes. But what do you know about Tigerstar, besides what you heard in the nursery?" He asked, giving Bluestorm a suspicious glance. He hoped his kits weren't having the same meetings with him that he used to.

Ambertail stopped, her eyes wide. "We're related to Tigerstar?" She mewed, surprised.

Flarewhisker's eyes widened. He knew his father looked like Tigerstar, but he thought that was just an odd coincidence. He looked at his brother. He wondered how Bluestorm came to think that.

"I was just thinking and I thought it was ironic that you and him shared names and from what I hear you look similar" Bluestorm lied. He looked believable though. "How are we related?" Bluewhisker said. He twitched his whiskers.
