Hurricane closed his eyes as a cold breeze blew into his face. His long mane and tail fluttered in the wind. He opened his eyes to check for any rivaling herds or newcomers then he bent over to graze.
Fallen Flame galloped to the river to get a drink and graze on the way there. She kept a close eye out for other horses, mainly leaders of other herds and stallions.
