Damon stopped Wildfire from walking, and waited for the others to leave. He looked at Wildfire with a stern face. "You could've gotten the herd killed, you know that. You are very lucky that we were here to stop you from your horribly stupid mistake. Not only did you put the herd in danger, but you also lied to a mare that I happen to be very good friends with. You should be thankful that I didn't kill you myself, but now after your stupid mistake you will have to go apologize to Starlight for being so rude to her." he lectured Wildfire, now pushing him forward back towards the herd.

Spotting Lily, he galloped over, and said, "We need to move the herd. Not because of the cowardly wolves, but because we need to find Macy and the rest of them."

The horses in the herd were strong, even the foals, and he was sure that they could make it if they tried. They would stop on the way if needed. Where was Macy when they needed her? He wondered, then shook his head. They needed to find her.
