Kestrel

Kestrel walked along the street, sniffing the air as he went. He was getting hungry, and could sense that Blizzard was too. He kept his ears alert, just in case a nasty human tried to catch them. He looked around for other dogs that might be willing to help them. "Don't worry Blizzard. We will find food."

Blizzard

Blizzard shook her black and white fur, walking along behind Kestrel. Her stomach growled, and smelled the air. Smells like food to me, but of course it is human food. Kestrel won't let me sneak in and steal it. She thought grumpily, as the smell of fresh baked bread, sausages and pizza filled the air.

'Eidas'

Her steps came into a pattern of a walk. The pads on her paws scraping across the sidewalk, wearing them down. Her head hung low, a tarry type smell entering her nose, some other scents mixed in as well. She could pick out some scents of other dogs but didn't go in that direction, letting them encounter her first. Her grey, mid length fur was somewhat matted as she tried her best to keep it maintenance. Her chocolate colored eyes looked around her as a sudden rumble was sent through her stomach. She decided to go a look for food, not caring if she only gets a little bit, she will be satisfied.

Cricket
She sniffed at the air, her black nose twitching delicately. Her tail curled up over her back and her almond shaped eyes flashed briefly. She sniffed her way over to the small cardboard box she called home and crawled inside. Cricket's ribs poked out of her sides and her build was now leaner and became a mismatched compared to her toned frame. Her pads were cracked and rough from scraping against the sidewalk.

Kestrel padded along the rough street, looking for somebody who might help him and Blizzard. He saw a dog who had gone in a cardboard box. I would like to help, but I can't when we are the ones needing help. He thought to himself, reluctantly walking away. After a while, he saw a female laying on a broken couch. "Excuse me, do you think you could help me and my sister with finding food?" He asked politely.

Blizzard

Blizzard followed after Kestrel, wondering what he was thinking. She looked around, moving her ears her and there. She really did not want to ask another dog for help, since she believed they could find food on their own. She stood beside Kestrel as he asked the female about food.
