Dulce De Leche noted Velvet Sun, and watched her trot over to him. He shook his mane, nickering in hello, and stretched out his neck so that they could touch noses. "Well hello there." the stallion greeted, friendly and non intimidating. He checked to see where SpottedFlower and Jordan were quickly, then looked back at the arab as she neared him even more.

Zanzibar nuzzled Mia. "You're ok."
Nosferatu tossed his head back. He eyed his sister then turned and walked away from her. "Fine then. You win." He walked over to the watering hole and lowered his head to drink. He couldn't figure out why he wanted her to join him anyways.

Well, that was anti-climatic. "Pssh. I win." She muttered and called after him, "Hey! I was heading to go see mother, do you know where Karma's hanging out right now?" Dark tilted her head and stretched her neck out after him, but didn't move her feet.

Vela widened her nostrils as she also reached forward and shivered lightly when their noses bumped. She took a few more steps forward then stopped, arching her neck so she wouldn't press anymore against his muzzle. "Greetings," she replied blinking at him and his mares. He in himself was an eyeful, you just didn't see coloring like his everyday. Her coat wasn't really common either, flaxen rabicano. She liked him already. "Is this your band?" She asked, twisting her neck a bit to look over at the two mares.

Mia nodded shyly, trying to figure out how he could be evil to others yet nice to her. She shook her head a little and smiled at him once more before dropping her head to graze.

Zana watched as the two stallions walked away and sighed. She recalled what it was like to live in a herd, being able to depend on a stallion for protection. The support of other mares, to....to have the love of a mate. She lowered her head and walked out of the shade of the forest. She had had enough time to grieve and she will never forget her life before the wolves but it was time to move on and start again. She lifted her head and scanned the grassy slops of the distant meadow, searching for the two stallions.

DDL nodded, looking over at the mares as well. "Spottedflower is part of my band, but I am unsure if Jordan wishes to join. I think she just wants company." the stallion mused, then looked back at Velvet Sun. "And who, may I ask, are you? A pretty mare like you has to have a name..."

Zanzibar smiled and layed his head across her back.
Nosferatu glanced back at her. He trotted to where he left her his powerful muscles rippling under his jet black pelt. He looked at her. "No I don't. I've stayed as far from Karma as I can."

She stopped and trotted back curiously but frowning at the site. Maybe she had been rude but she was younger then even if it were a short period of growth. This stallion really seemed to have a way with mares. she snorted a bit annoyed and began grazing.

Dark grumbled a bit and side stepped away from him. "Dang, I was wondering how she was doing. If we had any young half siblings..." she trailed off, drifting off in a daydream before snapping back to reality.

Vela let a smile twitch across her face and replied, "My name is Velvet Sun. But, please, call me Vela." She told him and watched as Jordan came back up. "Your name?" She questioned, flicking her tail over her hocks.

Nosferatu nodded slowly. "I doubt we do. I would have heard by now." He glanced up at the sky where Eli the wise old eagle soared ahead. "You know mom and Karma were siblings but mom joined his herd." He shuffled his hooves then realized what he said. He turned and trotted away from her his head held high and his tail billowed behind him like a bannner. His powerful legs moved as fast as they could away from her.
