Timber thought he smelled something, but his nose was lying.

Brooke nodded slightly at Blaze before following the other two brutes in an attempt to find some prey.

Gart frowned. He couldn't smell a thing. He looked round, trying to see if there was anything within their eyeline.

Blaze smiled and smelt the air "I smell caribou"he whispered

Brooke looked around. "Maybe they went through the river?" She said, "come on, we should check for tracks."

Gart smelt around near his feet. "I think I smell it too, but they must be quite far away. Let's quicken our pace."
