Drifting into a deep sleep she dreamed of her mother and her siblings having fun, and her watching from the back like always. She awoke from this with a sigh, more like the truth than a dream to her. It all felt so real.

As Dragon got closer, Lilac heard him and rolled in the sand, ridding herself of the scent of the mob. With a worried look she hid back in the bush and lay still in the sand.
