Kasai sighed. "I know. And i get that you want to help but we need to let her handle this. "We can go back and jump in when we need to but i think she needs to stand up to Scar." She said looking down. She figured now she would be scorned for saying such things.

Misty heard Kasai speak. 'She's right.' Misty thought. She always considered herself brave, and now she couldn't even stand up for herself? What's gotten into her? 'This isn't right.' Misty kept thinking. 'Why are all these people fighting for me?'

Scar silently stroked her fur. "A good blanket for my sleeping bed," he murmured, his face an unreadable expression.

Kasai heard Scar and she wanted to attack but she stayed where she was. "Don't think about it Acornheart." She sighed. "Let's just leave."

"Don't touch me!" Misty hissed as she scratched his leg with her sharp claws.

Scar caught Misty's paw with his jaws and pulled, making her slip. He chuckled deeply.

Acornheart nodded his head and went to go leave with Kasai. But he stopped in his tracks when he heard Misty yowl. "We should stay for backup.." He mewed. "Just in case.."

Misty pounded to the ground. She quickly got back up and hissed at Scar once again. "What did I do to deserve to be killed?" she asked furiously.

Scar sat down and flicked his tail on the wet roof, as if nothing had happened between them. "I did nothing of the sort."
