Nicky, seeing that Brooke was walking off, felt a surge of energy. She burst out towards her, trying to catch up.

Brooke ignored him and kept on walking. She noticed Nicky catching up with her and sped up.

(Ugh, it's so annoying. It slammed into me while I was doing my math test. I WAS KNOCKED OUT.)

Nicky slowed down. She knew that Brooke needed time. But she wasn't sure if she could leave her good friend behind and risk losing her for good. She sighed. She looked at Hawk for support.

Hawk

Hawk glanced at Onyx then turned to both Nicky and Brooke, they where getting out of his sight. He decided to go after them. He darted after them, his muscles flexing as he ran full speed. He tried to imagine that he was chasing after an Elk, that made his speed up even more.

Nicky panted for a while, but she wasn't destined to give up her friend. She darted after Hawk and Brooke.

Brooke ignored them and ran even faster, almost at her full speed, ducking under low branches and leaping over logs.

Hawk

Hawk continued to chase after Brooke, he was getting very tired now. He used that last burst of energy to leap in the air, landing on top of Brooke. Him and Brooke went tumbling, crashing into a tree, that made them stop.

Shadow stepped away, not game to stay anywhere near them... He would leave Dream here but he had to get out of here.

Nicky couldn't take it anymore. She let out a loud howl, trying to signal the other wolves that didn't move.

Shadow dived away and moved through the trees. he wasnt very happy there and he had to get away.
