The black brute chuckled lightly under his breath at her, his head bobbing slightly. "Touché," he murmured, smirking slightly. She was right to be wary of him and his purpose, and he did not judge her for that. She was protecting what was hers, and if he had been in her position he would have done the same.

Kapu's amber gaze followed hers when she looked up at the sky, his eyebrows furrowing at the sight of the clouds. His nostrils flared, inhaling the air, and he knew that snowfall was imminent. He just hoped it didn't turn into a full-blown blizzard. He could barely remember the way back to what he had called his shelter, though it was really just a small den he had made underneath the trunk of a tree. It wasn't much, but so far it had provided him the warmth and rest he had needed. However, there had been no major storms so far, so he had no idea how well he would be off with the makeshift den. He decided he didn't really want to find out.

The fae's next question brought him back from his musings, his gaze quickly refocusing on her. "You want to know the real reason?"he asked, knowing it was a rhetorical question."The real reason I ventured onto your territory was, at first, because of my own innate curiosity. I was interested in observing the pack and its members. I have been a loner for most of my life, and packs intrigue me, so I thought I'd investigate. But when I came across the scent of a rabbit, the one you just killed, I thought I'd grab myself a meal, as I haven't eaten in days. Is that a sufficient enough answer?" he concluded, almost harshly, though he hoped he didn't come across as rude as it was not his intention.

Kapu's nose twitched when the first snowflake landed on him, irritating him almost immediately. He grunted softly, his eyes narrowed at the sky. He wished the snow would just vanish, taking winter along with it. They shouldn't have to endure bone-chilling winters during which you were fighting to stay alive. In his mind, that wasn't right, though he also knew that catching prey shouldn't be as easy as 1-2-3. But having to go without food for days meant you were that much more susceptible to not waking up while you slept, something he feared immensely. He noted be look of worry that flashed across the fae's features, and he knew that she was thinking along the same lines as him: there better not be a blizzard raining down upon them.

Leaves crackled, and sudden light flickered in between the treetops. Secret mumbled something about stupid birds and set off for a good-sized rabbit. She had powerful legs and shoulders enabling to to catch up with them, which was nice.
Secret dropped low, pressing her muzzle to the dirt and sniffing for fur or meat scents. She could scent a dead rabbit a little ways away, but could also hear soft murmurs coming from the same direction. As light danced before her eyes, everything seemed to shift and become illusionated. But the wolf shook yer head, and turned to see a small bunny glaring at her, hoping that it wasn't spotted. "Yum..."
The fae galloped over to the bunny, which shot off like a bullet. Secret pounded after it, actually ending up nearly jumping over it. She skidded to a halt, and small creature bounded into her, and Secret clamped her jaws over it's head.
The fight was over, and Secret grabbed it's scruff and went back forthe wood-pecker.

Without her fur, Marlee would be lean and thin, but her muscles would be sturdy. Her fur just makes her look fluffier and fatter than she really is.

Marlee has a few scars along her muzzle and around her legs. The scars are jagged and pink, and clearly visible if you're close enough, for the fur doesn't grow over them. She has a scar on her right shoulder, then a few on her stomach underneath all the fur. Part of her left ear is torn from a fight she got in a little while back.

White. Just white. Although sometimes you can tell because she gets dirty easily.

Bright, luminescent yellow. Her eyes are the one thing that stands out at you. Whether it's in the middle of a blizzard, or if you're in a dark cave, her eyes will always be 'glowing.'

Marlee is devoted and determined. Give her a job, and she'll finish it. She strives to be the best she can be, although sometimes people agree she can be a try-hard. She is mature and open-minded, as well as self-confident. Marlee can be vain and controlling, as well as ignorant. She is sincere and truthful, probably one of the most practical wolves you could know. Often times she's serious, especially in times of great frustration. This wolf gets frustrated easily, unfortunately, and she lacks patience. Marlee doesn't get easily put down, and just brushes off the wolves who try to do exactly that.

Takoda is big. He's broad and just..buff, you could call it. Of course now, he's lost some of that buffness, but it really shows what type of wolf he was in his younger years.

Takoda is full of scars. Along his stomach, his legs, especially his shoulder area and his face. He has a scar running through his eye, and his eyesight is very bad in that eye, although in his other one he sees really well. One of his ears is torn off almost completely, and the other has a small nick in it. He walks with a permanent limp now as well, because of a failed hunting expedition a while ago, where he got flung off a bull elks back and broke his leg. He has a snake bite on his muzzle as well, and little areas where a few porcupine quills were stuck.

It used to be pitch black, but now his fur is more of a grayish black than total black. Area's like his muzzle, his tail and parts of his fur are almost white as well.

Takodas eyes are very special. The one where his scar makes him almost blind is pale yellow. His other eye, the perfectly normal one is a bright neon green. It doesn't really light up like Marlee's, but it's still noticeable and creeps a few wolves out.

In Takoda's prime years, he was everything a young wolf could be. Bossy, confident, annoying, you name it. Now that he's aged however, and he knows how evil mother nature can be, his old personality has faded away like the fur he used to have. (Urrgg, writers block. DX Kill me, I don't know what to write.) He used to challenge the higher ranks, but now he respects authority. He's wise, and thoughtful, as well as a great story teller. He isn't that friendly to strange wolves, and every once in a while he can still put up a good fight, but there's nothing more he loves than to sit in his den surrounded by pups and exaggerate some of his stories to them. Despite his roughness, he truly has good-will, he's hard-working and honest. His age prevents him from doing some things though. He is responsible, and practical. He is motivated by many things, and extremely observant. Not many things get by his keen eyesight. Takoda is very patient, he's learned that things won't go your way if your not.
