Fabi lay down. She required water. In fact, she NEEDED water. Her throat was dry and calling for something smooth and cold to swim down. SO she nickered to Frost. "DO you know any rivers or streams around here?" Fabi asked, croaking as her throat was dry. She smiled weakly and groomed him.

Frostbite

Frost pricked his ears, awakened from his thoughts. "Oh, there's a lake just behind the bank," He said. He trotted briskly over the grassy bank and stood on top. With a snort, he leapt forward into the air, his hooves plunging into the cold water. He looked back at Fabi, the water up to his hocks. "Can you swim?" He asked.

"AND? You are both pretty and I NEED you for my herd." Tio said.

Nicole took a step away from him "looks like your too late,I'm already the beta of a herd." she said and turned around so that her back was facing him,ready to walk off.

"I can swim." Fabi said and she followed Frost into the water.

Frostbite

"Great!" Frost cried, snorting water out of his nostrils. He walked further into the lake, lifting his feet high and then bresaking the water again with powerful steps. He felt the pebbles give-way beneath him and he launched off into the deep water, kicking in a perfect rythm. The water washed-over his back, cooling his fur. He smiled a little and turned his head towards Fabi. "Come on - I think there's a waterfall further up!"

Fabi bubbled with excitement. She haden't swam in a long time. She slowly walked in, then when the water was about at her chestnuts, she bounded in with a huge splash. She giggled. "Wow!" She took a long drink and then caught up with Frost. Then she nuzzled him. "This is so fun. Especially with you." And she nipped him playfully. "Come on! Lets go to this waterfall of yours!" And she set off swimming.

Frostbite

Frost kicked through the water, swimming across the lake and round the bends that were hidden by trees. His ears pricked at he sound of rushing water, and he spotted the little wterfall just beyond him. "Isn't it nice here..." He murmured as he made his way towards the crashing water.

Fabi smiled. "It's beautiful here." She replied. She swam and took a drink at the time. "That waterfall is amazing." Fabi said outloud.

Frostbite

Frost walked slowly up onto the rocks, his coat glossy but dripping. Shaking, his flicked his tail and sighed. He lay down on one of the wide, flat rocks, the water spraying past him. The sun glittered on his dappled fur. He smiled and relaxed.

Canicus

Canicus watched the mares around. Maybe he should go and talk to one of them - maybe one of them would like him. He glanced at himself. 'Who would like a scraggy, dirty pony...?' He asked himself and sighed deeply.

Rue

Rue grazed by herself. There were no other horses around that she knew of. She had been alone ever since her mother was shot. The mare sighed and took another bite of the long, fresh grass.
