The strength of the wolf is the pack, and the strength of the pack is the wolf.

A small, black fae wanderes through the forest, and you follow her, interested. She catches your scent, whirls around and is suddenly pinning you down. "Why are you here?" she snarles at you and you whimper a responce. Chuckling, the fae releases you gently and sits. "I am Nyte, leader of this pack. If you wish to join, you may come with me to the camp," her face transformes into a snarl "If you wish us harm, leave or I kill you on the spot. Your choice."

The pack made of rouges and bad, twisted heart loners known only as, 'The Evils' is going to come and try to take over our valley! Nyte and the good pack, known as 'The Mountain Clan' must fight to keep their land. Do you fight for the evil wolves, or for the good?

Rank Positions

Ranks

Alpha Female:The most powerful wolf of the entire pack, the Alpha Female is the highest for her ability to have pups, all females have higher status than males for this reason.

Alpha Male:The second highest wolf of the pack, the Alpha male rules alongside the Alpha Female.

Alpha Pups:The Alpha pups, if there are none when the Alphess dies, the Beta Fae takes over. If they take the position, the Alpha Male will retire his spot and the eldest Female will rule the pack.

Beta Female: The second in command female wolf, if the Alphess dies/becomes an elder, the Beta Fae will take over as the new Alphess, and her pups will be banished so she can be the Alpha Males mate.

Beta Male: The second in command male wolf, he is the Alpha's head Advisor with the Beta fae, Delta's and Gamma's.

Beta Pups: Usually mates to the Alpha pups, if not, the eldest (Male OR female) will take a spot. The siblings cannot be mates.

Delta Female: Third in command fae wolf, very high ranking, she can have pups.

Delta Male: Third in command brute wolf, along the Delta fae

Gamma Female: The fourth in command fae, if the two Alphas no longer hold their position, all the ranks will move up, unless a chalenger or the Alpha pup takes over. Alpha's pups must be at least 2 to take the throne.

Gamma Male: The fourth in command male. If the Alphas go, he chooses two Subordinates to take Gamma.

Gamma Pups: Will move up with their parents.

Subordinates: Very high ranking wolves, eat well, are strong and well bred.

Advisors: The Betas, Deltas and Gammas make up the Advisor council.

Healer: THe healer is the doctor, they can take on ONE apprentice, and can have pups.

Healers Assistant: Takes over when the healer dies/retires.

Lead Female Fighter: The lead fighter. The two leads are not mates as it distracts them.

Lead Male Fighter: The Lead Fae Fighters Right-Hand-Man

Fighters: Wolves that fight other rival packs and defend the Alphas if they are injured. All wolves are taught to fight, these are specialized in it.

Lead Female Huntress: The lead hunter. The two lead hunters are not mates.

Lead Male Hunter: The Right-Hand-Man to the Lead fae hunter.

Hunters: Wolves that provide food for the pack.

Mothers: Pregnant or nursing wolves, only for very young pups.

Pup-Sitters: Once the pups reach a certain age, the pup-sitters will take shifts watching the pups as the mothers return to their duties in shifts.

Pups: The new blood of the pack, newborn to 2 years of age.

Elders: Old wolves, treated with respect, even from the Alphas. Age 9 to death.

Omega Female: The servent mother, she provides servents for the pack and almost constanly has pups. She doesnt get pup sitters, but gets help with the birthing and helps other mothers deliver.

Omega Male: The butt of the pack, lowest wolf, is constanly picked on. His mate is left alone so the pups can be healthy and good servants.

Omega Pups(Servants): Each Alpha, Beta, Delta, and Gamma gets a servant to help them or provide entertainment at parties or meetings. The Servants are treated well, and fed well, never hit and pushed, but may never have pups or a mate.

Rouges/Loners: The rouges and loners are treated as such, and may not have pups with a pack member.

The Fighter and Hunter den. Lead hunter/fighters sleep here too.

The rest of the territory

PREY

Elk are a main source of food, though it takes THE ENTIRE PACK to bring a buck down, and many are injured.

Does are easier to get, but not in mating season. THE ENTIRE PACK is still needed to bring one down, as they are twice the size of a deer.

Deer are easy to get, only 10-15 wolves are needed to bring down a buck.

Does are easy, only 6-10 wolves are needed to bring down one.

Swans are easy to catch, only 2 wolves are needed as they are large, fierce birds.

Rabbits are the simplest catch, only 1 wolf is needed, some are so stupid, an older pup can catch them.

PREDITORS

Mountain Lions are very dangerous, fast, smart, and larger than the largest wolf, mountian lions can easily kill an unsuspecting adult wolf in good shape.

Bears are dangerous, but a wolf can easily outrun a bear at top speed. If the bear hits the wolf, it is fatal. Some bears are friendly and will help to kill an elk, for part of it.

Bobcats are only a threat to young pups, they are sly and can swipe a pup from the nusury if they can. Older pups can kill them, and adults scare them off with a glance.

History: Nyte was born into being a future leader of the pack. When she was young, she went to go and watch the sunset before a pack hunt. At that time, the pack was eating human food, sheep. The pack hunted them, and it was a trap. Every single wolf was shot and killed. Nyte ran as the human hunters, the last humans on Earth, set the forest ablaze, ensuring their own death to desintigrate the wolves corpes, and to catch Nyte. Nyte ran and ran, coming to a mountain, which she climbed to save her life. After she had moarned, she went to the other side of the mountain, and started to live there. She may not be intirely sane.
Personality: Nyte is quiet and a bit reserved, not a very cheerful Alpha. She misses her old pack and has found many other males to try for a mate. She killed every one because they displeased her.
