As much as I would like to say that this roleplay is different, I don't have the right to post that. Although, I find this roleplay hopefully quite successful and well known, but that we will get later. For now let's have some fun and let me introduce you, to the roleplay!
So first of all I want all of you to know that in this roleplay we have our own dose of difference and originality. Here, everything you want, is fought for. Not only ranks, but also food, mates, everything that pleases your desire. That means, this is not the roleplay for rank-lovers and weaklings. It is assumed that alpha's and other high desired ranks will be changed often, so I see no reason to attach to the alpha to become his/her mate. Let me get this straight. I don't need to have a high rank. I don't want to have a high rank. Alpha may not be possessed by me, but who ever proves to be most willing and strong. Another thing, powerplaying/godmodding is not tolerated here, give some time for the opponent to react, get a bite, have a serious injury, lose a fight! And most importantly die! I don't want anyone's wolves living forever, that is why, every wolf will be killed after 200 pages of roleplaying. No exceptions! You can always make a new one, and bring something fresh to the roleplay. Another thing before moving on, I want you to be as descriptive as possible. And absolutely no one liners!
Now, that we got all that straight, lets hurry on! Now, as I said before, in this roleplay everything is fought for. But let me tell you how these packs got to the end of the food chain:
-Coughs, clearing trout.- Centuries ago, there were two packs who lived in harmony(don't they all) that lived on the edge of the forest. A peaceful valley, that was always filled with laughter and joy. But as the years passed the prey began to migrate to north, in a search for a better home deep in the forest. This was nothing more than a by-product of the man's pollution. Most of the trees were taken down, only the essentials to keep the pack safe were left. And that with a good reason. All human race living near this wolf pack, knew their sacred place, and never dared to venture to their territory. But none-the less they never realized what they did until was too late.
It was a quiet summer evening. The wolves of Ookawa pack were resting after a hard day. While the Kumori wolves also tried their best to relax after the long hunt. Both of the packs were recently introduced to a few new litters of pups, which made the packs struggle to survive on the what was then scarge prey. Nothing was left, and what was going to happen was going to pick out every single hope of the pack's survival.
How it started no one knows. The one to blame was probably one of the humans still burning match, or maybe the scorching sun, and the dry trees. Or maybe it was set on purpose to clean out the forest from unwanted tenants. But what was important a fire has started. The crimson inferno devoured everything flammable with in its reach. Trough the filter of smoke, the sun appeared a flat, bloated, bloody orange disk as it rose over the silence. The two packs sat high on a rock, their pups under the protection of their strongest, and their leaders, sitting by the edge of the rock, watching as their last hope for survival left with the burning tongues of the flame.
Finally a large brown brute with clear amber eyes the alpha of the Ookawa broke the silence in a speech of terrible rage. "It is all your fault Mvua." He addressed the white coated fae behind him. She rose glaring at the brute in front of her. "Dare accuse me?" She cried out. "You were the one that led them here" She protested with a rumble emerging from her throat. "But you gave them a reason to stay" The brute stroke back. The brute growled as he started to circle the rather smaller fae, she snarled joining him. The large brute stopped dead in his tracks and with a huff of pride after a moment eyeing the fae he responded. "You have gained yourselves a dangerous foe" he threatened before turning his back and together with his pack disappearing from the fae's sight.
From that day, most of them driven by stubbornness didn't want to leave their territory. But their alpha's knew , it was that or die. Several years passed since, and the packs are still hanging on to what's theirs. But now, the morality of the packs is gone, and fights burst out more recently, and not only between them, but inside the packs as well. Most of their litters will never survive the harsh winter, as after the fire it is even harder to find enough prey for the pack. The elders have died, sacrificing for the youth of the pack, avoiding food when it was low. But it doesn't matter anymore, in a matter of years, the packs were driven to a terrible position. Both in prey, territory, and their social conflicts. What holds the future for these wolves? Will one of them finally break up the fight and find a new territory, or will they continue to fight for dry land until it kills them both?
