Lana smiled as she saw Neo and Dan. "Good day, Dan. I see we have a new lioness," she saw, dipping her head to Neo. "Welcome. I am Lana, the Alpha Female of the pack. My mate, who is the Alpha Male of course, is tired, so I'm afraid he's going to need some rest," she explained with a little nod, wanting to sound cheery. "What's your name?"

Dan smiled at Lana started to speak.

Winter smiled, nodding slowly. "Why did you go away?" she asked curiously, her eyes widened as she was determined to listen to a mysterious, interesting story.

Kimba sighed. "I guess that's fair, but if I tell you my story you must promise to tell me what you were going to say." he warned, settling down to a comfortable position. "I was trying to find my way back to the pride after humans destroyed our previous camp, but then humans captured me. they wanted to do experiments with be, because of my colour." he said, waving his cream tail. "When I was there I met Neo, who... is different. We talked, and I helped her escape. She had nowhere to go, so I decided to try and bring her back here." he continued. "We walked for many days, until I found some of the places... from my past. And then we found the camp." he finished awkwardly. "So, what were YOU saying?"

Neo smiled thinly. "M-my name is Neo. I-I am not really a lioness though, I am a Liger, half tiger." she mumbled, not meeting the alpha's gaze.
