Rubik padded past Laika. He yawned, tired arfter checking the border, which had taken a while, and lay down in a patch of grass, one that wasn't muddy enough to get him filthy.
Farook let out a low snarl, turning around quickly to see who was there. He was scared, but instead of whimpering like some wolves, he whipped his head around, ready to bite his 'attacker.' Then he realized that it was Loki, and he stopped growling and looked up at Loki with annoyance.
