Farook padded out of his den, out into the sunlight. He sighed,sitting on a big boulder outside of his den, knowing that he would have to send out a hunting patrol, since the pack was running low on food, and then he would have to send out a second patrol to make sure that Bondo and Kiva Pack were staying on their sides of the borders. He laid down, and crossed one paw over the other.

Kiersah followed a crow through the forest, looking up above her head at where it was flying. She was trying to keep up, and it might look like she was trying to race it. She slammed into something. The light gray she-wolf hadn't been paying attention to the ground, just the bird up in the sky. She fell onto her side, then stood up to see what had been in the way. A tree. She looked around, hoping no one had seen her.

Rubik walked over to the alpha, his paws splashing in the muddy swamp water. "I checked the borders, sir." He said. "No sign of the other packs on our land."

Iki was just chillin', but planned on stalking someone, anyone that day. "Excellent, Rubik." he smiled.

Nox stepped out from behind a nearby tree, smirking at Kiersah. "Might want to watch where your going next time instead of watching a crow fly." She said. Nox looked up at the sky in time to see the crow disappearing on the horizon. Her smirk vanished, replaced by her almost permanent scowl. "We should check out the borders. I'd send some one else, but they're all busy on a hunting patrol."

Laika sat on the edge of the den site, gnawing on an old bone. She grew tired of it after a few moments and tossed it into the undergrowth. Maybe she would go hunting later, and maybe Rubik would join her. She looked up when he entered camp and listened to their short dialogue. That's good, She thought. Those other packs are learning not to mess with the Bondo Pack.

Loki crept up silently behind the boulder Farook was on. Suddenly, he leaped. He landed almost right on top of Farook with a loud howl, hoping to scare him.

He jumped off the den roof, shaking his head. "I'm going to the river." he sighed, padding away.
