Jax padded through the forest, his steps silent and his gait steady.
Mackenzi wondered on the edge of the forest, her hunger urging her to steal as she hadn't taste not sniff of prey in weeks.
Mitch was climbing into a garbage can when it fell over. He yelped a bit then went to feast when he heard a screen door open and a woman scream "Wolf!" Mitch looked up and a man now pointed a gun at him and he bolted before the man could shoot. He jumped and speed up at the sound of the gun firing and darted into the woods.
