Violent howls came from the clearing, flanked by high pitched yelps. Then finally silence. A triumphant bark rang out, “I’m the new Alpha!” A pure white wolf steped out with his head held high and tail wagging. The excitement was short lived as another wolf called out a challenge and another fight started this time with the already tired white wolf going down.

Welcome to the pack. It is simply called the pack because it is the only one nearby because of the rough environment. The wolves in the pack are hostile, most believing violence solves anything. Alphas don’t say long because of them being challenged and losing their leadership. In a world of little prey and frigid weather, only the strongest survive.

The territory of the pack is huge but they only go far out to mark their borders and if prey is more sparse than usual. The trees are mostly pine but a good amount of them are dead or dying. There is a small stream of water going through the middle of their territory but not much. (If that dried up they would be in trouble) A few other types of animals share their forest with them like mice, rabbits, deer and the occasional cougar, bear or herd of caribou. Humans sometimes venture into their home but rarely because it is extremely barren and dangerous.

Rules of the pack
-If challenged by a beta an Alpha must accept
-If the Alpha losses a fight they must step down, become a normal pack member and the challenger gains the leadership
-If an Alpha is challenged by a normal pack member they can refuse or accept
-Omegas cannot become an alpha
-Pups cannot be trained to hunt or fight by their parents. They train under a wolf selected by their parents.

Personality: Kaala is a very fun loving wolf. She loves the company of other wolves, especially other pups! She doesn't mind other company though, such as frogs or toads or other similar creatures. She is a very brave, strong pup, if she can find a rabbit, even of her size, she will challenge it, no doubt! She loves to play, and doesn't take things to seriously, unless the really are. Kaala is the kind of wolf who you will always find exploring, she loves to play in dens, trees, rocks, anything she can find!

He is missing a toe on his left back foot.
Personality: Pig headed, stubborn, and determined. He doesn't think before he says things and he can't stand to stay down and be what a omega is supposed to be. For that be often gets beaten by the other members of the pack.
History (optional): His father was a ruthless leader a few years ago. He killed or maimed any wolf that opposed him. His time as a leader is now told as a horror story to young pups. Sandi's father had 3 pups but he maimed the other two enough that they died of bloodloss. (Sandie his missing a toe now and walks with a slight limp because of his father) the wolves of the pack went against the old leader and killed him and his mate in his sleep. They let Sandie live but he pays for his father's crimes by being the lowest member in the pack.

Danyl was leaping in and out of the bare trees, following close behind Kaala. He refused to go anywhere without her. She was his sister and best friend. He was doing his best to avoid Kaala's tail, which was very near his face.

Personality: BlackRose Sorrow is a rather friendly young female but she is also rather shy but once she suspects any fears are gone she is rather cocky and out there wolf, not afraid to show off for attention. Sorrow is a dear wolf who has no problems with attitude or her pack mates as she gets along great with everyone she knows. BlackRose Sorrow has a problem with fighting others but she is a great hunter, her speed helping her as well as her sharp fangs and her sharp sense of smell.
History (optional): BlackRose sorrow never had a bad life but she still thinks it could have been better. When she was born she had been the smallest and was kicked from the den many times by her litter packs but her mother always brought her back in to feed her. When she was just over the age of four weeks, when I was able to run around, I was grabbed and thrown away from my mother by Fang, Her father. She broke her paw and ever since it has been weak. From there her mother kept a very close eye over her, Sorrow soon turned into a favourite. When she was 2 she left her mother when her father got dominant over mother

Family: Her mother only managed to birth one pup, and Heroine's parents died when she was an adolescent
Appearance/Description: Heroine is a rather pretty wolf, but she isn't able to be deemed beautiful. Tough, criss crossing scars are engraved onto her flesh, and her tail is a grotesque, twisted mess. Her fur is short but thick, and is able to block occasional weak breezes that attempt to filter through Heroine's coat. She is black, the dark shade consuming most of her fur to make her look like a void of darkness. However, occasional white and greys find their way onto her pelt, mainly around the edges. Her fur tends to get rather fuzzy in the winter to keep her warm. Heroine's fur sleekens down to make her slim muzzle. It is here that more grey and white picks up through all of the black. Her ears are a rounded-triangle sharp and set keenly on the skin protecting her skull. Heroine's limbs are long, giving her an extra height that usually grants her being an inch or so higher than the average female wolf. But even so, her legs are a little shorter than a male's paws. She has small paws, and is able to step somewhat soundlessly inside nearly any environment. Heroine's teeth are made mostly around bone-crushing prey. Being a wolf, Heroine cannot smell very far, but she is able to somewhat easily follow a moderately faint scent. Her eyes are a piercing pale yellow colour, and can see fairly far.
Personality: Heroine is an independent soul and hates being chained down or controlled. She prefers to have the upper hand in any situation and tries to become the dominant one in everything. Heroine likes to think that she has more power than any one else, even if it might not necessarily be true. Heroine has a lot of disdain for any other wolves and is antisocial, preferring to live in perhaps a small group of maybe one to five, one to six. The she-wolf is able to think on her paws and can improvise things rapidly. Heroine does not trust easily and likes to snap out randomly at any wolf to test their reflexes. She thinks that fighting is the answer to almost everything and is willing to fight for whatever she has. Heroine tries to keep herself distant from other wolves; in her mind, connection with others is a weakness and should be treated with great caution. Herione's senses are quite sensitive, maybe a tad bit better than an average wolf's (but her smelling isn't that great). Heroine is possessive and harsh; she fights strongly for territory and isn't afraid to challenge any other wolf for a right.
History (optional): Heroine is a strange wolf. You might think that most of her behaviour is lead to how her history went - even if you didn't think that exactly, the ones who did are quite right. Her acting is a little influenced by her past, even if just by a little bit. Well, Herione was born of two wolves. Simple, yes? They were inside the pack, as Heroine was now. The two didn't love each other all that much; they just looked at the shallow outside and decided that they would become mates. You couldn't become too close in this pack, after all. Eventually Heroine's mother died - for what, Heroine didn't know. But she had been incredibly close to her mother and grew distant toward any one else. Eventually, Heroine's father simply gave up with her. She was like an empty shell - refusing to talk, eating very sparingly and basically just moping around. So he just up and left. Heroine didn't know what she did, and shrank even further into her shell. But soon she realized that she was just being pathetic. And from that day she strove to burn her name into every heart. The end.
