"Keelin." The tigress said simply slowly beginning to relax after the leopardess said she wasn't here to take the food. Some would call this foolish as the female always seemed to trustworthy of strangers but Keelin could take care of herself and if the leopard was lying she was fairly confident she could fight her off considering how much bigger she herself was than the leopard. Of course over confidence was bad so Keelin kept herself from getting cocky. Her fur seemed to lie flat against her body now and signs of aggression began to leave her, her round ears slowly lifting from her skull and her tail only twitching ever so slightly at the tip. In all truth it was kinda nice to meet another feline 'round these parts.

Mykela nodded. "Out of interest, what brings you here?" She asked, wondering if the Tigress lived around these parts, or if she was simply hungry. Both were possibilities. She let her fur lie fully flat, twitching her tail slightly. She was sure that she was being watched...She looked into the trees, hoping to see movement..but none

Keelin wasn't sure if she wanted to let this leopard know why she had come. It was personal information. Her body lowered into a sitting position showing her confidence that the female wouldn't attack. Her pelt continued to prickle as she felt eyes on the two of them but the source was unknown. "I was searching for somewhere to stay and food." Her previous den had been taken over by an older tigress that had a couple of cubs. It had made Keelin mad yes but it was better someone with cubs had it than this young tigress with nothing.

Dustai began to tumble down the rocks, but quickly unsheathed her claws, and with a loud screech, grasped the rocks. She quickly sped back up, and leaped down by the other side, skidding until her paws got the chill from the dew. Prickling up onto her complete pads, she chased the ground until reaching a dip in the river. Sleekly leaning in the cat hissed coldly at the prickly tingle- the water was chilly, and a thin coat of frost lay across it. Yes, it was easy to break, but it had been cold for doing so, and the leopardess hadn't bothered, and instead, she swam underneath the spine-chilling waters, poking her head through the layer, and dashing up the border. Quickly shifting her eyes, she swept across the ground and back towards her den.

Mykela's head snapped up and she turned to the bushes with a slight hiss. She narrowed her eyes before turning back to Keelin. "Understandable...you chose here, I suppose?" She asked. It was no big deal, her den was a little while away, but with prey shortage...things would get a little tense.

Keelin's large head nodded slowly though she didn't say exactly where her den was. Her round ears fell flat against her skull as she heard the screech and her head shot towards the noise as she gave a low, rumbling growl her long, curved claws unsheathing and digging into the ground in case someone attacked. Her whiskers twitched as she scented the air and the scent of cat filled her nostrils but it soon disappeared making Keelin feel more comfortable. The tigress slowly calmed down.

Mykela turned to the bushes where the noise had been, really suspicious now. Her tail lashed and she narrowed her eyes as she scanned the bushes. Slowly, the hairs on her back began to fall flat again. If someone had been following/spying on her, they were in trouble

"Maybe we should go see what that was." Keelin suggested her large, striped frame coming to stop beside the smaller, spotted one of the leopardess. It was better they checked it out now than wait before whatever had been there find one of them during the night or ambush them. Her round ears flicked a bit unsure at her own suggestion.

Mykela nodded. "A good idea" She said, turning to the bushes again. "I don't want it coming back when I'm sleeping" She said. There was a hint of nervousness in her voice, but mainly intimidation at watever was out there

Keelin lingered for a moment not sure if she wanted to carry through with this but her uncertainty didn't last long. Soon she had begun trotting into the trees and searching for the scent of the unknown animal. The tigress made sure to stop a few yards out and look back to wait for Mykela to join her.
