"Well,there's not much I can do in a storm, I'll check him out and if it's serious,then we'll have to bring him to a vet,but not by car, I have an idea" She said plainly and stepped outside,with a jacket on, running to the storm, only getting knocked over by the wind once, she crawled to Bullet's stall, only to be distracted by War Gun's worried screech, she turned and stroked the big black's nose.

Ashley sat by Bullet and stroked him
Bullet breathing slowered.

Lily sighed" Listen we can't go anywhere in this weather and our supplies that would help colic has been used up, I remember that no vets are open too"

Ashley nodded and hugged Bullet.He was her first pony.

"You can stay with him for the night, there might be something for him in the tack room" Lily said and walked out closing the barn door.

War Gun screeched again and slammed both his hind hooves on the stall door, he viciously pawed the ground and snorted

Ashley stood up and pulled a horse blanket over and layed on that stroking Bullet.She kissed him on the nose

Liam went pooh picking in the arena,with the shovel and weelbarrow,he then raked it,that's when his phone went,it was the rescue center,all the horses had been rehomed,exept ace,they said that he was going to have to be destroyed,if no-one wanted him,he tried to find lilly to ask her,until ace got a home,could he stay here.

Lily crawled back into bed, herwet hair stuck to her neck and back, she tossed and turned as the pounding and booming noise of rain and thudner filled the ranch.

In the barn, Pride kicked at the wall,So did Missy, they could see nothing,only the faint outlines of horses and if they had white markings, Pride tried to look for his dad but he couldn't see the jet black stallion anywhere, he knew his stall was close to his though and lowered his head.

War Gun kepot screeching and snorted,banging his hooves on his stall door, or a wall, he half-reared and with ears pinned back lugned at his door, only to shoot back to the back of his stall as he heard the deafing,sickening crack of lightning striking a tree, a yellow/orange flash appearened outside,then vanished within seconds.

Liam Ran For shelter,hiding in the barn,he sat in the darkness,he had no sygnal on his phone "no twitter then" he mumbled

Lightning, surprisenly quiet and non-seeable struck the barn.

War Gun swung his head torwards his food bucket with a snort, he smelt the air smoke, He wheeled around and thrust his head over the stall door, looking around,he didn't see anything, as he looked torwards the hay loft a small orange/red flame gleamed on one of the hay bales, Pride followed his dad's gaze and saw it too, suddenly with a loud crackling sound the hay loft was in burning flames, drifts of burning hay fell down, the barn roof was too on fire and smoke filled the barn completly,making it very hard to see. War Gun screeched and furiously kicked at his stall door,but it wouldn't unlatch, he looked torwards the barn door,Lily had latched that shut too,from the outside.
