Jasper sat down and released a long beautiful howl.

"Sure." Acallia tried her best to sound excited as she patiently waited for Boone to skin the rabbit. "Have you eaten antelope before? It is the best!"

"It's a little tough," Boone said, looking away. She didn't want to admit that she had a hard time eating it because she didn't have sharp enough teeth. She tore the leg off of the rabbit and gave it to Acallia. "There you go."

Shear yawned and walked out of her den. She looked around at the little clearing, and sat.

Jasper padded over to Shear. "Hello."

Sparky laid down, yawning. She folded her ears and sighed.

"Thanks, Boone, but if you'd like, I can show you how to soften meat!" Acallia didn't wait for an answer as she trotted towards a black clean pot. "I think this is how to do it. I mean, hot water will soften meat. We use hot water to soften and heal a scar, maybe meat will work too!" La la, she hummed as she put her share of rabbit in the pot. "Fire, if you mind?" Acallia patiently waited until Boone put the fire on as she began dancing, "I'll be back," she murmured as she took a bucket in her muzzle. Acallia went to a fresh stream, as she took the bucket and dipped it in the stream. Acallia ran back to the den as she poured the water into the pot. Steam raised from the pot as Acallia ran out of the den. She took position as she leaped into the air and jumped on an antelope. Biting as hard as she could, she willed for Boone to have meat and soon, the antelope's life flickered. "Thank you," she whispered at the antelope as she brought it inside the den. Acallia tore the skin off, and hard parts off, as she teared the meat into little pieces and put it into the pot. The pot bubbled as it lit, "It's done!" She pointed at the pot, "Can you turn the heat off? And have some, you can finally have antelope!"
