She was bred by top-notch White Shepherd breeders. Her first owners bought her to train her as a guard dog, but the methods they used were unethical -- electric collars and things of that nature. Eventually, she became too much for them to handle, and they gave her away to a few of their friends, who ran an underground dog-fighting ring. They forced her to fight. At first, she remained optimistic, sure she could get out somehow. She made friends with a few of the other fighting dogs, and even fell in love. Then, one day, she was forced to fight her mate. They refused to attack each other, and her mate was beaten to death. One of the dogs that she thought was her friend was scheduled to fight her next. For fear of dying herself, her friend attempted to kill her. In the middle of their match, the dog ring was disrupted by the police, who had come to shut the ring down. She was utterly mistrustful of people and dogs after that, though, and escaped to the wild, where she has lived for a year.

- D e s c r i p t i o n -
Key is a slender dog, with a delicate build that makes her seem almost fragile. Her pelt is snow-white, with a silky top coat and a fluffier bottom one. She's made for running, with long, trim legs and a plumed, long tail for balance. Her eyes are a deep, expressive blue.

- H i s t o r y -
Nyx was in training to become a police dog, until his handler was shot and killed in a mission. The criminals trapped him in a cage and sold him for quick money, to a drunken man whose spoiled rich son wanted a dog to play with. He was neglected, kept in a tiny cage with no room to move and fed a disgusting mixture of water and stale jerky. The child constantly got on his nerves, tugging at his tail and riding on his back. He finally snapped when the boy stomped down hard on his tail because he refused to get up and fetch. The father sold him again, this time to the dog ring, where he met Key. They became as close as siblings, and he was the only one Key truly trusted. When the dog ring was discovered and shut down, he ran away with her.

Nyx is well-muscled, and represents the typical coloring of his breed, with thick, long caramel fur and black overlay. A patch of white is visible on his chest.

Syia was born and bred to be a show dog she starting showing at age two. She was tried of working all the time and left her owner when pack was forming. She regrets nothing not even her choice to leave.

Syia was dark brown flecks painted on her white coat with two big brown spots along her side. Her short fur is realtively easy to keep clean. She has a thin frame good for running long distances.

Huri has bright green eyes and dark ash gray colored fur with bits of black in white in between. His build is a bit bigger than most do to his weird breeding line.
