Assan nodded with a small chuckle, "It's uncommon but you get in in related males." He smirked. "My brother and I decided that it would be best, for better protection as well as a bigger territory." He added.
KianKian nodded her head thoughtfully. She was laughing and smiling as they talked, but inside she was dying from the sudden realization that her sister was gone. She couldn't help but look back at where Aluna had gone, and see the fleeting rays of the sun as it slipped down the sky. And she realized, before she wanted to be nothing like the sun, because it was always the same. Now, she realized it was always changing, and at sunset, it was an unmerciful red.
AlunaAluna watched the sunset the same moment as Kian. She wanted nothing more to be exactly like the sun. In the beginning, she was unafraid and strong. When the tragedy struck, she became scared, and dimming, like the sun in the mid morning. At noon, it was at it's brightest, and that was when she broke away from her sister. In the afternoon, it's yellow and bright, but waning. By sunset it's a deep, bloody red. She smiled.
So what comes next...
