Dahi lunges towards the weaker bull elk, while the others run for their lives. Dahi bites down hard on the legs and then the throat, killing it instantly. When dead, she layed down and took a few bites.

Ross sighed, standing again. It seemed that everyone wanted to be boring today. He stepped out into the sunlight again, and the sun threw the shimmering gold aura over his black pelt again. He tossed his head, flicking the fur out of his eyes, then trotted towards the outskirts of camp, where he would again go to hunt.

Talon sprang forward, fast on the heels of his quarry-a gray rabbit. It's scent bathed his tounge as he ran after it. The panicked rabbit ran as fast as it could, but not fast enough. Talon pounced, the rabbit's shriek ringing in his ears as it spit the cool air. He straightened up, triumph lighting his gaze, and turned back towards home with his prey swinging in his jaws.
