In a world where all is ruled by the lions, or by the maned beasts as some have been known to call them, there is a group of cheetah's that stood their ground. That dared to fight and roar back. Are you one of those cheetahs?

The savanna plains is a vast hot desert where only the strongest can survive. A group of rebel cheetah's have banded together in order to create a better life, a better future. There is no order, there is no rules. Just a pack of loners struggling to live.

☼ ALL of Tess' rules apply. no exceptions.
☼ this is a literate roleplay, meaning a paragraph is the bare minimum here.when it comes to what a reply looks like we follow one rule. it's the rule of RECIPROCATION! meaning, if someone spends two hours writing a 500 word response, don't reply with one sentence with no dialogue.
☼we don't have a limit on how many characters you have, but we'd rather you have 1 or 2 great ones, as opposed to 5 or 6 barely active and under developed ones. get the picture? only take what you can handle. also, if you do have multiple characters, please make some of them boys. yes, we all know how fun it is roleplaying as girls, but we do have guys in this world! be reasonable. if you have 5 characters and only make one of them a guy? yeah that's not reasonable. however, 2 or 3 out of 5 is reasonable.
☼no one is perfect, and neither are your characters. they can't all be the popular, partying, guy getting girl. everyone has faults, and let those show!
☼please stay active! i know we all have lives so we don't expect you to come on every single day, but please try to be on and roleplaying! also, if you have 5 characters, but you only roleplay with 2 of them we will delete unused characters.

☼Cursing is allowed to an extent, don't abuse this privilege.

|| R A N K S ||

Since they are a band of rebels there really isn't a rank system, but there are certain cheetah's that's word means more than others. Also, there is no senior rank because frankly, you will fight until you die. It is harsh but that is the way of the rebellion.

King - The alpha of sorts, ultimately he or she's the one that give the final say in everything. Usually the creator of the pack/group.
Head Knight- The leader of the Knights, he gives them the orders directly from the superior. Is usually a very trusted friend of the superior.
Knights - The main warrior's of the group. They are the front line fighters and defenders, usually the more skilled cheetah's.
Menders - The healers of the pack, they know how to treat wounds fast and efficiently. Must have knowledge of herbs and natural healing techniques.
Commoners - Average cheetahs of the rebellion. They contribute by going on organized hunts or scouts.
Younglings - The pups, or teens of the rebellion. They are trained early on but wont participate in much of the happenings of the rebellion until adulthood.
Shunned - Cheetah's who have disgraced the group or are traitors. They will be shunned.

Appearance // Vino is a rare species of King Cheetah, in which, two black lines run from the back of his neck all the way to the base of his spine. His mane is messy as spiky, giving him a wild appearance. He is a muscled and fast cheetah, with strong back legs that are good for jumping. His tail is lean and thick, balancing him perfectly. Its usually held straight, and firm behind his back. Always on alert.
Personality // This cheetah is quiet, and strict. He knows how to lead, and when to back off. Being as Cheetah's are weaker than other large cats, he knows how to use his smarts to save himself, and is considered highly intellectual. Vino is an even tempered, calm leader, that most admire and respect. He wont treat others cruelly unless they have angered him beyond the point of repair.
History // Vino had a beautiful mate who gave him a son. They lived a somewhat peaceful life in the Savanna, a happy one at least. Until the lions became power hungry. They had always been on the top of the food chain, but yet, they began to demand more. They wanted the other felines to work for them and do their' bidding. Vino was enraged but could do nothing about it so he let it be. Unfortunately, on a hunt gone bad, his mate had been caught in the middle of it. Once again the lions had bit off more than they could chew and sent a mix of felines(his mate included) on a hunt for buffalo. There was no way a cheetah could take down a buffalo, so she failed miserably and was badly injured in the process. The lions cowardly ran from the buffalo's leaving his mate to die alone. Vino was soon left with his cub to take care of alone, and there was only the lions to blame. Enraged the cheetah set off on a trek throughout the Savanna with one thought in mind. A rebellion, and what hell of a Rebellion did he create.

Personality // Hyro is an adventurer, he loves to go exploring the wide open world, and has a knack for trouble. This cub can annoy his father to no ends, but then again, most kids can. He is always bouncing around and loves to talk, he cant seem to shut up sometimes.

☁☀☁ Evening the weather is starting to cool off, night hunts and scouts can be administered.
Heat can get pretty rough Noon/Mid-Afternoon, Night and Morning will be considerably cooler.

Scenery
A clearing in the plains of the Savanna Desert, there are quite a bit of baobab trees scattered here and there which hold nice shade.
A small stream is nearby, a few yards away, but is usually crowed with bigger mammals such as elephants and buffalo's. Have caution in this area. There is also a hunting ground that contains a few gazelles, it isn't much but when the lions control everything be happy it exists at all.

Her legs are thin but muscular, she has a lean, balanced back with sloping shoulders. Her neck is small and thin, making her quite a skinny animal. Although, it makes her extremely fast and agile. She has good speed, but prefers more relaxed things.

Appearance :: Sleek and graceful, Fhi is a little smaller than the average female cheetah. She walks with precision and purpose -- Always seeming to have some place to go, or some place to be. Her pelt is evenly spotted, and well-groomed. She doesn't have much of a mane, but what neck fur she has is rarely ruffled. Her soft round eyes are a deep amber. She seems as though she is delicate, but what lies underneath her sleek pelt are toned muscles that are always ready to pounce, strike, or sprint.
Personality :: Fhi is a sweet cheetah. She rarely raises her voice louder than it needs to be in order for it to be heard, and she never seems to get ruffled by rude or erratic comments. She is smart and quick witted, and can easily talk herself around situations. Fhi is well-organized, and seems to be constantly busy with something -- She plans ahead, and rarely misses deadlines or forgets dates. She isn't much of a flirt, and doesn't fall for the flirtatious males who are always looking for willing females. Fhi is an inquisative young cheetah, who always listens to hear the voices of others.
History :: Fhi and her brother lived a simple life. One of them would stay home and protect the terrority while the other hunted, and they would switch positions each day. It was an easy, simple routine; one they had gotten used to loving. On day, the sun was burning hotter and brighter than usual. The lions had been laying around in the shade, dozing as usual. Prey had been paricularly hard to find the past couple weeks with the hotter weather, and Fhi and her brother were nearly starved. Fhi had spotted four antelope, grazing by a stream that was nearly dried up. Seeing as it had no water, it left a deep gully carved into the earth, about 7 feet wide and 5 feet deep. Fhi was minding her own business, stalking the antelope. She had almost neared striking distance when two lion brothers appeared about 60 feet upstream, causing a loud ruckess with their on-going chatter and laughter. The antelope immediaetly heard them, of course, and dashed away. Fhi had been rather irritable that day from being so hungry, and the fact that they had scared away her meal sent her over the edge. She marched right up to them, the fur along rer spine spiked up, and bared her teeth. "Who do you think you are, scaring away my prey? I assume you don't care though, seeing as your fat stomachs are full from all the prey you steal from us." She had spat, lashing her tail. She continued with her rant, letting words spill out of her mouthwithout even thinking. One insult had thrown the two lions over the edge; they growled, and simply shoved her into the gully with one of their paws -- that was all that was needed, of course, because they were male lions, and Fhi was just a smaller-than-average cheetah. She had been unprepared for the fall of course, and landed in such a position she nearly dislocated her shoulder. It wasn't too bad, of course, but bad enough to where she couldn't hunt for the next week. As soon as she had healed, Fhi and her brother set out to find Vino -- they had heard of him before -- and join the Rebellion.

Appearance :: Hyrubi is a big, strong cheetah, to put it simply. His muscles are well-toned, rippling across his sleek pelt. His fur pattern is that of the unique King Cheetah's, with three dappled stripes running down his spine. His mane is thick and ruffled, and speckled with black markings. Hyrubi's eyes are keen and focused, and are an intense golden-amber color.
Personality :: Hyrubi is a thick-skinned, tough cheetah. And, well...a bit of a smartaleck. He -- Oh, was that your shade-spot, under this here tree? Woops, sorry, looks like it's Hyrubi's now. |D As I was saying, Hyrubi isn't usually open to other suggestions if he knows what he wants. If he wants something, he'll find a way to get it, one way or another. When it comes to sad situations, he stays tough on the outside, but their is some sorrow within him. Some say Hyrubi's not as tough as he seems, and that there's a soft spot within him; you just have to find it.

The name is fine c: but this is a realistic roleplay and i specified no unusual colors in the rules, you are going to have to change her appearance, since pure white cheetah's don't exist. If anything, you can make her have a really light yellow coat. I'll allow that.
Once you change it, i'll be happy to add her to the rebellion~

I'm more a fan of the name than the band itself to be honest, haha
And they're both accepted, lovely characters by the way. aaaand Hyrubi's name is fine, the fact that its similar to Hyro's makes me think maybe its a common vowel within cheetah's, i don't know haha.
Oh and i put Fhi as a Mender and Hyrubi as a knight since his strength and size are suited for that position. c:

Appearance // Nickita has a stunning golden fur covered in dark brown spots and markings, the unusal thing about her though is she has bright blue eyes, which never changed to brown when she was a cub. Giving her vision problems and making it harder to see clearly, espeically at night
Personality // Nickita is strong willed and brave. Very determined and strong willed, which makes her the perfect knight, however, she can be shy and awkward towards other animals she doesn't know very well
History // The only surviving cub of her mothers litter so she is always really bored because she had no one to play with, which also gives her bad social skills

Hmm accepted, but don't you think because of her blue eyes, she would have vision problems? Since mutation that causes eye's to stay blue usually affect the eyesight, it would be more likely. Also, i think it fit with her personality, since she's so determined maybe its because she doesn't want to seem weak because of her disadvantages? Ehh, just throwing that out there.
Also, the history doesn't seem to tie in with the story but I'll ignore that and accept her anyway. I'm not that strict here.
