Elianna was alone, and frankly, she didn't like it. Safety was in numbers, not in being that lone ranger. Now, she had never been the skittish sort, but this constant looking out for herself was wearing the usually vibrant mare down. Her mane and tail, usually a vibrant shade of near ruby, were dull and matted; twisted with sticks and other various debris. It had been some time, nearly ten moons, since she had been in the company of another horse and frankly it had taken its toll. Now as she entered this new province, her ears perked forward for the first time in days. Her stiff walk ascended into an equally jaunty trot but she was determined now to move forward - there were horses here!! As they came into view, dust, sweat and some other bodily fluids escaped her nostrils as she exhaled loudly. Ah finally she had found some company! With a joyous whinny she greeted them all from afar, but she was cautious not to be overbearing. Instead she waited at their outskirts, mindlessly picking at the grass while she waited for one to approach her.
