[ Accepted, also. And Ace is young, compared to these wolves. o.o I'll add your wolves. (= ]

Skylynn gave a high whinny of excitement, twisting around in an attempt to catch Asha. She ended up almost falling face first into the water. Snorting in shock and laughing at her own carelessness, she righted herself and lunged after the other filly. After almost an hour of splashing in the water and annoying the adult horses in general, Skylynn stopped in her tracks, panting. "Shall we go rest?" she suggested, pointing her muzzle towards shore. "We can push my dad away and sleep in the shade there!" Her dark eyes were bright with amusement.
Myra gave a surprised yelp and jerked awake as a cold drop of rain dripped onto her nose, making her shudder. Her thick fur was damp with morning dew. She glanced to her right, where her father was still snoozing peacefully, apparently unbothered by the increasingly heavy downpour that must be soaking him to the skin. Shaking her fur ineffectually, Myra trotted off to the subway station to find some shelter. She certainly wasn't going to be the one to wake Kyron in the middle of his nap; thunderstorm or not, he would be grouchy if his sleep was interrupted. Anyway, it was always nice to wander around alone without her father breathing down her neck, warning her to be wary of other dogs in the area.
As she neared the subway entrance, she spotted another dog just emerging into the rain, a crossbreed with some Rottweiler blood from the colour of her fur. Slowing her steps, Myra barked a friendly greeting and waited for the response.
Kyron was woken rather unpleasantly by a deafening thunderclap directly over his head. He leaped to his paws, teeth bared in a snarl, before he realised there was no threat. Recovering from the shock, he looked around for Myra. The chill in his bones told him it had been raining for quite some time; knowing how much Myra hated getting her fur wet, she would have left to find shelter already. Kyron sniffed the air, but there was no trace of her scent. Shrugging, he padded slowly through the streets, keeping a lookout for any scraps of food or some small animal that would make a nice snack.
