Kate sat up grinning.
Jake was smirking and laughing in his head but you could tell.

Humphrey's ears twitched. "Huh?" he got up and walked out of the den and saw the pups.

Alice had her ears right down, With her tail wrapped round her. She was sloughing, looking down
with a whimper. She had forgotten how to act like an Alpha!

Kirsty was trying to get her to talk to see what was wrong.

Jake and Kate went to have a look.

Alice lay down with her paws over her eyes.
Her ears will still right against her head.

"Alice, we're not going exploring there. I do honestly promise.." Kirsty tried to explain.

"N-No! I don't like it...it frightens me!" Alice whimpered.

"Alice...I-"

"N-No! Please...I don't want to.."

"Kirsty, dont force her" Kate said softly.

Kirsty sighed. "Okay..Alice, let's not go exploring then.."

Alice calmed a bit.

Kate sat by them "Alice do you want to tell me whats wrong?" she said softly incase she wanted to talk to someone older and responsible.

Alice got up nodding slowly. "It's just, ever since that day, I have a fear of exploring..." she looked down, with her ears right against
her head again.

"Alice its ok, everyone has fears but the trick is to overcome them, and if anything tried to get near any of you, we'll be there."

Alice looked up at Kate and smiled a bit more.
