Dej raced towards the place where the howl came from, her nose sniffing the air. She slid to a halt, trying to distinguish the scent.

"Ompph!" cried Xavier. "Why did you have to st-" he stopped mid sentance when he caught the scent of a fae. He sprang up onto his paws again, and rushed forwards, following the scent. Xav slowed down when the scent became stronger, not wishing to frighten the fae. His nose told him their was a pup with the fae.

Dej shook her head, annoyed at her twin. She raced after him and past him. Stopping, she looked around her. She could see, half covered in snow, 2 dogs. She padded up to them and noticed the pup was barely breathing. Hoping that neither of the dogs would mind, she went up to the pup and put her ear to the pups chest.

xavier stopped av the tree line. this was something the alpha sorted out. besides, he didn't want to complicate things. turning round, he bounds off in a different direction, trying to out race the wind. he knew it wasn't possible, but he enjoyed the feel
