Jessie stalked carefully on the snow, her ears swivingly, she lunged like a fox face first in the snow, she came u with a vole, she laid it at Lowell's feet

Lowell was surprised. " We could catch anything like that! Could you show me how?" Looking at the vole, he nosed it to Jessie. " You caught it, I should have to catch my own."

"Naw, I can get more, but I learned from foxes, so you need to be silent, light and listen closly then lock on to the prey and pounce."Jessie explained doing it again

Lowell: I smiled gratefully,realizing how hungry I was, I gulped the vole. Then, focusing on the snowy ground until I picked up a rustling sound. I leapt and instead of catching the mouse, it began to bolt out in front of me.
