Suma flicked an ear, and stood up. He looked around the camp, and stalked away.

Koda got up and looked around camp. Soon she would have enough cheetah's to attack the tigers. She grinned at the thought, her pinkish tongue lolling out of the side of her mouth. Her long, sharp teeth glistened wetly in the sun, looking quite dangerous, but Koda did not know it.

She had never seen him laugh before. She laughed a while longer then it began fading.
Julie smiled at Tarak.

Tarak smiled back. "Do you want to go see the Bela Ocea?" he asked.

"Sure." Julie said. Although she didn't know what that was, she wanted to spend more time with him.

Tarak led the way through the long grasses, stopping at a cave. "Do you want me to go first?" he asked Julie, smiling. He had never shown anyone his secret place, and it felt good to share it with someone. Espesially Julie.

"Sure. Lead the way." She said smiling. Her voice always melodic and sweet.
Amber stalked a gazelle from her hiding place in the long grass. Her amber colored eyes stared straight at it.

Tarak walked into the cave, his green eyes ajusting quickly to the darkness. He walked for what seemed like forever, then finally the tunnel started to get brighter. "Close your eyes." Tarak said. He wanted this to be special. He put the end of his tail on Julie's shoulder, guiding her.

Julie gently closed her eyes. He made her feel warm inside, the kind of close feelings that seem like chemistry.

Tarak brought her to the end of the tunnel. Ahead, a meadow stretched out, green grass dotted with pink and purple wildflowers, and a silvery lake lapped gently against a soft, pebbly strip of sand at the waters edge. Pretty red, black, blue, and gold birds chirped cheerfully in the trees, and a blue and white striped garter snake slithered musically over the rocks that were in a pile at the edge of the trees that ringed the clearing. Beyond that, steep mountains with deadly cliffs rose up, creating a small oasis. A gurgling underground stream fed the lake, its musical voice singing over the rocks. In the distance, a blueish waterfall plunged thousands of feet off the edge of one of the cliffs. The sun shone softly, dappling on the warm ground. "What do you think?" Tarak whispered softly.
