Athena saw the stallion approaching and whinnied anxiously. She clamped her tail tight on her rump to kill the scent.

Parousia walked down and smiled to each member of his herd. He looked around curiously and turned to his brother. "Where's Rai? Did she leave the herd?" Reaper shrugged and nodded in the direction she went. He wasn't sure if she left or something else. Parousia stayed put and waited for her to return or not.

Rai flattened her ears, it was hard to tell who the father was since Parousia and Reaper were brothers but she noticed the most minute things and came to the conclusion that Reaper was the father of the colt. She sighed and back to walk back at a quick pace her newborn struggling to keep up. But she hadn't gone that far when she stopped and whinnied, she was a bit uneasy about facing the herd and was hoping that Parousia would come and talk to her before she officially returned.

Parousia wasn't far from his brother when he heard Rai call out. The brothers turned and Parousia trotted into the forest to greet her back. He looked down to see the foal and disappointment caught his gaze. It wasn't his like he'd hoped. It was Reaper's. He extended his muzzle out to Rai in comfort and in concern.

Stormy cantered to the watering hole, she was being attacked my bees and they were stinging her, she let out a whinny of pain when one stung her on the butt, she go to the watering hole and rolled in it trying to get the bees off of her,

Reaper wondered what was taking his brother so long. He could kind of see what was hapening. Sure enough, there was him and Rai and she had a baby beside her. A colt. But when he looked closer at the colt, his face blanched in realization. It was his colt.
