Goldie lead her filly into the cave behind Raja and Autumn who was looking back nervously at her sister. Once they got inside, Goldie lead her to an open spot and let her lie down

Shady saw Raja return with Goldie and her daughters. The moment she saw dawn she knew something was wrong. "What's happened? How is she?" she asked Goldie.

Goldie turned to see Shady and felt a bit relieved. "She's come down with something. It was so sudden and I'm not sure what it is. Dawn always has been a bit sickly but its never been this bad."

Shady turned and looked at the filly who was now breathing heavily. "I don't know what it is either. I'm sorry Goldie, I just don't. Are you in any pain?" she asked the filly.
"Mhm," Dawn responded as best she could.
Shady went and grabbed some spare plantain from when Cavalia was hurt and have it to her. "It'll ease the pain if anything. I'm sorry."

Amurra trotted over to Stream. "We should head back. Cavalia wouldn't want you to wonder too far when he's gone. My dad will be worried sick about you if anything happens."

Goldie looked at her ailing daughter lay there sick. "Mama...can you cuddle me?" Dawn asked.
"Of course," Goldie replied and layed down beside her. She didn't know what was wrong or how to fix it and that worried her so much.
Autumn trotted over and looked at her sister with big doleful eyes. "Is she gonna be okay momma?" she asked.
Goldie leaned over to her and nuzzled her close. "I don't know," she whispered, "but we'll be here for her every step of the way." and she buried her face in Autumn's shoulder, trying not to weep.

Raja moved around restlessly. He didn't know what to do. He looked worried. "Shady is there nothing you can do?"

"I don't know what is affecting her," Shady responded, "If I knew, it would be easier to treat it but sudden lung issues and dizziness...I don't know what that is. All I know is how to treat her pain. I wish I knew, I really do." she said looking at the mare she knew now terrified for her daughter's life.

"I think she has asthma, but I'm not sure." Raja nuzzled Dawn softly. "My old owner used to give a mare a herb when she came down with it."

"It could be. Goldie, does she get like this after activity?" Shady asked her.
"Not usually. She's had the sniffles a few times and a few colds but nothing this severe."
Shady sat back for a moment and looked at Dawn. "Are you hungry at all?"
Dawn made a repulsed looking face. "No, no. My tummy feels strange."
Shady looked up at Raja. "It sounds like the flu almost. I know of a plant that will help but her getting better is really up to her immune system. Ginger is a good antiviral and painreliever if there is any around here."
