Hoku padded over to Zambis and rubbed against him. She lay beside him and yawned.

Fern lay down and birthed to a male cub. She roared to her mate and licked the cub.

Zambis licked her on the back and went over to the roar. He saw a beautiful cub, and he said to Fern. ''Wow, what a pretty cub, whats its name?'' He smiled.

Atsuko dozzed off, even through there seemed to be something going on. Her tail swayed a bit in the blazing sun.

Fern looked up at Zambis. "Thank you. And I am not sure." She looked around for her mate and picked up the cub.

Hoku licked Fern to make sure she was okay. She licked the cub and sat by Zambis.

Atsuko opened her eyes and stood up, walking to the hunting grounds. She has gotten hungry but she was sure she wouldn't be able to get something big.

Fern nodded and lay her cub down on the cool den floor. She said "Hoku could you bring me some meat?"

Hoku nodded and nudged Zambis "Want to come hunting?"
