Kiede swatted at another hyena that had come behind him.

Hoku sighed and loped away from the cave. She was no use. She would never be able to prove to Zambis she could be the female leader. She clawed her way up a tree and swatted at the hyenas.

Kavi looked at Zambis and then slightly turned her head, "I'm fine.." The words stung her throat and she closed her eyes for a moment. She moved onto her side lightly, she winced a bit but sighed.

Kiede fought all of the hyenas, except for the one he didn't see...go for his throat...

Tenshi lunged out, grabbing the hyena and throwing it against a rock.

Kiede lay on the earth, panting. His eye was bleeding and his back and side were badly beaten from the hyenas who scratched at his back.

Atsuko was swiftly enough to avoide the hyenas. She jumped to the side or over them, getting closer to the cave. Before she got in she turned around and lunged at the hyena following her and roaring loudly into its face, making it run away. She turned around again, walking into the cave. She stood near the entrance, watching out for more hyenas comming their way.

Tenshi grabbed her brother by his scruff and carefully pulled him into the cave.

Tyor pushed the other hyenas away and reared up nack into the den he passed Tenshi and her brother on the way, he glanced around at all the lions and lionessess.
