Shadow looked at her friend. "Oh come on just beacuse I have a Kate doesn't mean I can't hang out with my best friend." she said than nuzzled her and jumped in the water and smiled.

Star: "no shadow it does you ignore me and im sorta fed up." she looked away sadly. Her heart was in another world her mind was in another world in her mind the worls came out in a mumble. she moved her paw around in the water making it better so she could walk with it. "everyone im with you or luther always think there is something fishy." a small tear fell into the water. "you and luther used to be my best friend and now your not. I lost you both."

Shadow swam up to her. "Star no madder what you will alwasy be my friend. Don't forget that." she said in a soft tone but her words were true.

Star: she looked at her friend then away. "no shadow your not the same shadow." she dove under and swam under her and came out on the other side. "no matter what male im with you judge him, You judges zero, and your judged kikan." Her voise was stedy it was still soft but it did not have a rythem or melody or sing song voise it used to have it was almost dead. She close her eyes. "Shadow you dont even play tag like you used to it every man for himself there are no teams. You did not tag luther and he just layed there like a sack of potatoes."

Shadow looked at her friend sadly than got up and padded away with her dripping wet fur. She looked back. "I am sorry but changes come. But Star I am sorry." she said as a tear rolled down her cheek she looked away and padded off. Her heart felt like it had been ripped out. She lost her best friend over a male at least she still had Luther.

Star: she growled and got out and half ran half limped into the tunnels she ran into a tunnel not even she discoverd yet. "good bye shadow" she whisperd as she ran.

Shadow laid down under a tree and sighed as some tears came from her eyes. "I will miss you Star and Kikan was my adopted brother." she said quietly than curled up in a ball and fell into a deep sleep filled with nightmare's

Star: she enterd a cave and smiled as she looked around it. There were two tunnels leading to it. she spun around in it and she was bored but decised to draw. she was drawing and kept drawing soon the pictures came to life. She was running around the room pictures filled the small cave with drawing in the mud. She smiled and kept running around drawing. She saw her self laughing at her drawing and in some part tears came to her eyes of over happiyness. No Un happy thoughts enterd her mind just pictures. She stop and panted for alittle bit and looked at the pictures. She studied then all it finally clicked in her mind. She made her life story. From the day she was first born the past she had so long forgot came back in happiyness. This cave to her seemed to be filled with light she stopped by a picture and studied two lions laying in the grass smiling and laughing. She looked harder into the picture, It was the day she met shadow. A day so long ago so forgot but that day could not have been better. She smiled and chuckled a bit.

Rei flicked an ear as he watched the lioness running. The cheetah quickened his pace as he followed after her curiously, his expression curious until he brought himself to a halt. Woah. Why was he following a lioness? A lioness? What is wrong with me? He shook his head with a small growl then stalked off to the shade of a tree, soon sitting under it.

Shadow shook her coat off than padded after Star and snuck in than playfully pounced on her. "I haven't changed compleately." she said with a smile than let her friend up and looked around at the art work. "Wow! Star did you do this?" she asked looking back at her than saw the picture of Star and her and smiled remembering that day.
