That and her mention of being excited finding others broke her heart. She sniffed the air hoping for a whiff of the young pups mother but other than lorelai and the unintroduced pup she smelled Amarok. She noted in her mind to say something. "Don't worry about running into me. You more of stunned me," she said.

She sat near the cave the most wolves were sleeping at night. She turned to see if she could see the lead hunter fae Liannah, but so far she only noticed the white figure of Snowfall there. She was not that close with the other female as she found her a little bit scary, but she was a great hunter.

He blinked his eyes a few times as he listened to the other male wolf "you can't sleep? why not? that's not good, are you asking the healers for any herbs to make you sleep?" he said. He then made a smile "well you could if you have some sleeping problems, I mean I once tried and slept like a stump...or dead" he spoke up, yes back then he took some sleeping herbs and slept so well that his packmates though he has died on his sleep.

He might see it as a way to get back at Kendall for rejecting him, and he would gain favor with Ragen." He rolled up into a sitting position as Flicker approached, nodding to the healer in greeting. "Welcome, Flicker. What can I do for you?"
Flicker explained how Razzberry was on edge, and how he thought that posting a guard for her would be a good idea to help relieve some stress. Thordane hummed in agreement. "I think that would be a good idea. Snowy and I were just talking along the lines of that as well, I'll have a word with Amarok and Kendall about it. You suggested Keyzarr?" At Flicker's nod, Thordane blinked. "All right. I'll get that set up by tonight for her."

"Well put, Rex." Renn didn't have any more words for Blast, Rex was handling it quite well. She scraped at the ground with one paw, working out the irritation as she shook her coat out. Rain was coming, she could smell it on the air, and she was eager to get out before the downpour. Hopefully once they were out running in the woods she would be able to put aside Blast's words in change for the thrill of the hunt. Even if it was just rabbits she still found it exhilarating.

indentHe watched Raunaum pause on her way out and his heartbeat picked up, nerves clenching in his stomach. Oh no. He watched her tense in what felt like slow motion, felt her anger swirl around her. When she snapped at him he hardly heard the words, already flinching back, his ears pinned and tail tucked so tightly he couldn't feel them anymore. His breath caught in his throat as her words started to register and he was shrinking back further than before.
indent"I-I'm sorry. I didn't, d-didn't mean..." The words choked off, he couldn't finish the sentence. But Raunaum was already backing away and he could see the regret mounting, the horror at how she'd snapped. His gut twisted. He tried standing up, tried forcing himself to relax. He managed one shaky step forwards, a soft "Raunuam..."
indentAnd she was gone. Storm Runner collapsed, sitting down in a heavy thump, head hung low as his anxiety spiked and ran. The young healer took several deep breaths, trying to calm himself, the dark spots crowding his vision slowly dissipating. Oh. Oh, Raunaum. He gazed mournfully at the empty entrance to the den, head still drooping. She needed help. He didn't realize it had been that deep but she was clearly hurting. From what he did not know. HIs heart ached for her, already moving past the outburst. He got it. She was hurting, he stumbled clumsily into that hurt.

She'd also sat up when the healer approached and was a little disheartened to learn that Razzberry was also worried about the pups getting stolen. She knew Ragen the best, being his former mate. It was concerning to say the least.

And it would be good practice regardless, it had been a while since she'd participated in a sparring bout herself. The last time had been- no. Best not think about that, she was already trying to put thoughts of her brother aside. It was just hard when everything reminded her of him.

When his thirst was fully quench, Saurrint licked his chops and sat beside the water and looked around thinking of where to go next.

She sat there at the camp, wondering what she could be doing, yes hunting she could be hunting, but so far no hunting patrol was organized.
