Enna's jaw clenched tight in frustration and worry. The scent of the Fire wolf and Smoke was very fresh. They had missed the two wolves only by minutes. "It looks like whoever was here was headed towards the Meet hollow," She noted. "I don’t have the faintest idea why, but it is. There’s no blood on the ground or anything though, so at the very least it doesn’t seem from here like there was a fight."

Blizzard spun around at the sound of approaching footsteps, but it was only Spiral, returning with the rabbit. I SERIOUSLY need to stop being paranoid. Like, right now. Leo said once he wanted to be something called a therapist and help wolves with emotions and worries and stuff. Dunno if he ever went on to do that, but it might be worth asking. He decided, then nodded to Spiral. "Nice catch!"

Haku dropped the prey momentarily to speak to his mate, smiling and getting up close to him. “Hello, Lucifer.” he greeted, dipping his head a bit in his direction.

Uma padded through camp, observing her surroundings carefully. As she walked along, she kept her ears perked and wondered who she may run into today.

Night stayed back, one eye on the Hunters, one eye on the forest around them. She detected scents of cougar in the area, but could not tell how fresh they were. Certainly they hadn’t been there in the past hour two, but it was still something to keep on guard about. She followed, but always made sure she was still a few metres behind them to give them space to run, and bring down their prey.

Karter looked at the hare. It was pretty big, he realized. Probably enough for the two of them to share. "I have no problems with sharin' it," He promised. He adjusted his grip on it. The one bad thing about hares: When you talked around a mouthful of hare, it always left...well...hair. Stuck to the tongue or in between the teeth, how annoying, but it was a small price to pay for the juiciness of the meat.

"I guess some of them want start a war, some of them want to bring things back to the way they were before so the two Pack can’t merge and have a redo of the disaster from the old elders' tales...I dunno. I’m not quite sure about what their leadership is like yet. Eager to check it out though, see if there’s any familiar faces. I hear it was a group of wolves who all at once decided they shared the same views, so I was never told if there was any one specific leader. I guess...I’ll find out when I get there," Smoke noted, and gladly followed him. How embarrassing, to be have gotten lost so close to the border, on the way to a common place, in a forest she had lived her entire life.

Blizzard narrowed his eyes. He knew from the kind of distance they were covering that the round was Spiral's. There was zero chance he could catch up AND maintain that speed long enough to beat them, and if by some miracle he could, he was very certain it would not be without injuries.

The minimal white marked brown wolf had done some growing too. She wasn't as small, though was obviously smaller than the two males. She looked over when Asphodel said not to go further. "It's...fine, we can just stay here."

The beautiful and slender, loyal and playful tan and white female yawned a bit. She stopped when he looked at her. “I...like you too; you’re not loud, or too bouncy, or in anyone’s face. Speaking of jobs, I....feel like other hunters are better than me.”

The pup and story loving red one made a small sound, then stopped walking forward. She sat and heaved a sigh, when told Smoke hadn’t been hurt. She didn’t wag, but flicked her tail some. She yawned, but it was a show of releasing stress. She asked “Do we...go there or go home?” She finally stood back up after asking the other she wolf that.

The playful, pretty little white female with tan ears growled as she was ignored. “I’ll do my own thing,” she snorted, leaving camp.

The beautiful, slender silver male twitched black tipped darker ears. He flicked his tail as he ate the more. “How has your day been?” he asked his mate sweetly. He wagged a bit, leaning on the red male and licking him a bit.

The beautiful, slender long legged golden female hummed a canine sound. She looked to Stormcloud, leaning on him and smiling.

The gray eyed, gray faced black wolf flicked the gray tipped tail. They carried the black rabbit and looked up at Blizzard. They set down the rabbit to say “Let’s get back.” They then picked up their catch again, waiting for the white male.

The beautiful and slender darker tan and white male flicked his tail a bit. He panted and continued to watch. He hoped they could catch it...

The beautiful mostly white one, with red patches, moved red ears, and a partially red tail. Blue and brown eyes looked about a moment. They then began to run, tail flicking. They soon slowed to a stop, lowering their nose to sniff the ground.

The black eared, nosed and snouted male smiled at her a moment. “Okay,” he said with a nod, then looked from them to Katniss.

The silly but cold light red female yawned a bit as she sat there. There was no one to fight, so she was kind of bored. Blue eyes locked onto her brother, and white paws pushed herself to stand. The white marked female trotted over to him.

The loyal but shy light red male yawned, sunlight catching on his ‘saddle’. Black ears twitched, and blue eyes blinked. He saw his twin sister heading straight for him...He lifted himself to his paws, white paws, and he greeted her.

xxx"Well...that's good, at least. I try to be all of those things. I want to blend in, but..." Lunou shrugged. Looking back on his actions, attacking a packmate wasn't the best way to get ahead. He was already a bit different from all the other social wolves thanks to his years of being a loner. "What makes you think you're not as good? I know for a fact you're very quick and determined."

Blizzard nodded wordlessly and picked up the other rabbit. Overall, successful hunt, and a good start to the day. He glanced at Spiral, waiting for the Hunter to lead the way back home, or to the next hunting destination. Whatever they had planned for the day. At this point, he was just following.

"Again, it’s up to you. I know not much about her. You’re her mate, I’m here as a Warrior and as a friend to be the support. She’s not far now, I’m sure of it, and the tracks have stopped zigzagging. Your call," Enna told her.

Tendril cast Emit a quick grin, then sunk her hind claws deep into the soil. With a powerful kick, she tore the grass out of the earth and leapt. She barked her fangs and soared towards the thick-feathered bird. She let out a small snarl and stretched her claws, catching the pheasant’s wings in them. Tendril grabbed the prey’s neck in her maw and snapped down quickly, hearing the little pop of the spine as it broke. She quickly turned around and skidded to a halt, not letting go of the pheasant until it had completely fallen still.

Emit's pale eyes lit up. He straightened himself once he’d chased the bird towards the Huntress. "Nice! You’re even faster than I expected!" Emit himself had not hunted much with Tendril, although Sira often insisted that Tendril was a wonderful Hunter. He was glad to have had the chance that day though.
