He has trained hard under the watchful eye of Warrior Ash, and has grown to be strong and capable." Shadow moved forward and touched her nose to the white wolf's lightly before turning her attention to Sandpiper. "Sandpiper, my pride, my charge, my Huntress. I ask the Pack to accept her as such, for as of this day, Sandpiper takes the title of Hunter and joins with their ranks as an adult. She has trained hard with the guidance and patience of Hunter Toby, and has grown to be swift and skillful." So saying, the white furred she-wolf moved forward to touch noses lightly with the newly graduated Huntress, pride sparkling in her eyes.

"Glad you could show up, eh?" Leo joked, lightly nudging his friend. "Almost missed your own ceremony!" Even as he spoke, Shadow had approached them and touched her nose to his. It was a simple touch, but it meant the world. He’d completed his training. He’d become an adult today, a Warrior, and he’d done his mother proud. Even if he was still frustrated with her, it made pride blossom in his chest.

"Yes," Mattias agreed with a small nod. "But it is spring, the herbs will be plentiful now, and they have not one, but two Healers to collect herbs and treat wolves, and it seems young Catania is more than willing to help too. They’ll have no problem sparing herbs for you, Athena." Then Mattias' eyes lit up. "I don’t know if you heard. I peeked outside briefly, just for a second. A bunch of the Trainees graduated, including Catania!"

"Mum...?" Catania eyed her mother worriedly. Sure, she’d zipped off, but even when she had told her the news before, her mother had only just stood there in silence.

She wagged her tail harder as Leo became a full Warrior. She hoped to tell him congrats before he went off with Piper.

He sat down and didn't look around the camp. His fur was grimy, full of mud and bedding, and his eyes were baggy and red. If the pups saw him, it might freak them out. He stumbled towards the prey pile, but then decided he wasn't hungry. Head down and full of grief, he stumbled back to Bailey. He collapsed and began licking her fur. She had to look presentable for her own burial ceremony. It didn't matter what he looked like for it, it only mattered that she looked beautiful. He grabbed flowers and began to weave a flower crown to put on her head. She would like beautiful in it. He continued working with the grass blades, vines and flowers to create the perfect flower crown for his sister.

Leo stood in the clearing, for the first time a full-fledged Warrior. His head was held high with his pride and joy. At long last, he’d finally graduated, he was finally a Warrior! Just like I always hoped I’d be! Aiyana...I trained with you, but you never got the chance to graduate, so I’ll do the best I can for the both of us. He remembered fondly the dark furred she-wolf who had trained alongside him and been felled in the battle, and even if the thought was somewhat sad, he still couldn’t, WOULDN'T shake the pride away for it. As soon as Shadow and Sandpiper would touch noses, he knew the Pack would have accepted them into their full ranks, and that would be that. Having been graduated, he backed away into the crowd to allow Sandpiper more room.

She walked over to Leo with tail wagging and her gaze bright and whispered, "Congrats Leo."

"Oh, yeah. Man, I'm glad I have good hearing!" She muttered under her breath to Leo, tone edged with relief. Sandpiper straightened up as Alpha Shadow approached the two wolves. and stood as still as she possibly could. However, the light in her eyes and the whisk of her tail gave all her excitement away. Her heart beat against her chest with glee, and she felt certain all could hear. She gratefully accepted Alpha Shadow's thought, and whispered "Thank you." before drawing back.

Cinnamon nodded, and was about to respond, but instead let out a small, happy bark. "There's the camp entrance!" She pointed out, tilting her head and speeding up just a bit. "Erm- you all might want to stay behind be for now, sorry.." The Trainee apologized before moving forwards to duck into the Fire Pack camp.

"Don't worry about it. I don't mind you running off for a while, even as we've just become mates." He brushed up against her, his mind racing as he came up with exactly the right words to use.

Leo grinned, trying not to laugh. Oh it’d be embarrassing to miss one's own ceremony! Though he suspected it had at some point been done before. Then Riley had approached and congratulated him. He perked up, his tail wagging furiously behind him, a big smile on his face. "Thanks, Riley! Honestly, there were times I thought this day would never come!"

She laughed and said, "But it did in the end." She wagged her tail and saw Tiger speaking with Kate. She was going to leave them alone for now.
