OOC: He'll also have heard the thing Catania has told him. So he'd at the very least know Frost SUDDENLY started taking an interest once he found out Catania would do whatever he wanted. Nobody knows yet about Frost's hand in Max's death though. The extent of their knowledge was Frost was the one caring for him, and he couldn’t save him.

"Faith...I swore I heard that Warrior Erle say that name before at the Meet before last," He remembered. That would’ve been right around the time Faith- no, JUNE, was taken in the first place. Aala had been desperate to get her back. June was their youngest, and named after Karter's sister. She was the smallest of their litter, and Aala had worried incessantly about her after she was taken. But June was old enough now that she would have developed the ability to make some of her own decisions. It still hurt that she had begun to grow up thinking that Arian and Erle were her parents, rather than Karter and Aala. And this mess is my fault. It's my fault she was kidnapped in the first place. I was busy with Octavia and Spitz when I was supposed to have been guarding the nursery. He remembered.

"You’re right. That's her call. I hope against hope she'll come back. But sometimes...someone's birth Pack isn't necessarily their home," He added.

Needless of any sleeping wolves, Night poked her head into the den and barked for the sleeping Hunter. "Angel! Development with Ginger that happened a few minutes ago!" She declared, but did not elaborate on what it was. If he wanted to know that, he’d have to wake up and come join her.

Catania's entire body stiffened. He said he wasn’t jealous. He said he wasn’t angry, but then why would he throw accusations like that around? "Frost does his work, he just has a LOT he has to keep track of and do," She noted. "You really think it’s harmful that he’d ask me for help collecting herbs, changing moss, sorting stuff?" It was certainly true he’d only showed interest in her once she’d been helpful, but Catania had convinced herself it was because something real had developed overtime as they spent more and more time together.

"Okay okay, tell me something, then," She added, taking a deep breath. "We know he has me help out, that’s not anything hidden or anything, we know he appreciates what help I can offer, and that I spend lots of time there, but he’s never tried to hurt me, he’s a Healer. What kind of danger do you think I could be in? You said you wanted to tell me this so you could protect me or save me or something. So from what?" The idea that Frost might not love her, after asking to be mates, seemed ridiculous, but it did plant a seed of doubt in her, ever so small.

Sandpiper slipped back into the camp, just in time to witness the calling forth of her and Leo. So be it! She sucked in a large breath and trotted forwards, feeling rather enthusiastic. Joy began to sparkle clearly in her eyes as she stepped up to Leo's shoulder, repeating his gesture to Alpha Shadow as well, though she couldn't seem to stop her trail wagging excitedly back and forth.

Cinnamon dipped her head at the two, then turned around. "Okay, we aren't too far from my camp. If we go there at a fast pace, we'll arrive in no time!" The Trainee advised, beginning to pick up a swift trot.

Oliver shot off and decided to go into the Warrior's den. He dived into one of the nests and giggled.

She ran over towards the prey pile. She couldn't find a spot and could hear Faith counting. She dove for the bush close by and hoped it would conceal her.

She nodded and followed her, Miles was close behind. She said, "So, I do worry about Miles, you'll have to excuse his behavior. He is just super protective."

Cinnamon shook her head. "That's okay. It isn't the first time I've ran into someone like Miles- no offense, of course. I think he'd get along well with several wolves in my pack, such as Ice and Ares. They're kinda like him in a way, but.. somehow colder? No puns intended for Ice." The Trainee remarked, but cut short in realization she was merely running her mouth. "Ahem. What I mean to say is that I'm sure you both will have a great place in the pack."

ATHENA

The young shewolf tried her best to shift without moving the pups too much, but she was too stiff. “Won’t all the others need them though? I had enough when I was giving birth, I’m sure I’ll be fine” she tried to point out, but even her stubbornness couldn’t hide the fact that she actually needed them.
