Sandpiper shook out her long, silky golden fur and let out a surprisingly wide yawn, her ears flicking lazily to the crackling of the thunder outside. She blinked a few times as her pupils adjusted to the dim light away from the fire she had been staring at for a while now. The Retriever shook her head softly and trotted forwards, her tail wagging excitedly as she neared the stairs to the second floor. Her claws clicked on the smooth wooden floor, making little echoes that rang in her ears. Sandpiper scanned the dogs around her and forced down another small yawn.

“Actually, I changed my mind.” Kisa thought, turning back toward the mansion. The moment she stepped inside, she was greeted by the breeze of the cool air conditioning blowing on her fur. “It feels so nice in here today!” She thought to herself. She padded across the wooden floor toward a staircase where a silky female golden retriever stood ahead of her. “Hey!” Kisa called out to her. “Do you have any idea where all the hunters and trainees went?”

Sandpiper turned around, her tongue lolling lazily and a look of mild surprise on her face. "Oh! Hiya, Kisa!" She responded, turning away and trotting swiftly towards the other dog. The Trainee tilted her head. and offered a small shrug. "Dunno! I think everyone's inside. None of us would go outside in this crazy weather, that's for sure," Sandpiper giggled, casting a side-eyed glance at the pattering rain. "I saw Sorren and Thomas head off somewhere, but I haven't seen anyone else!" She tilted her head, looking at the Border Collie with pleasure. "I'm heading up to the pool and the hot tub. Care to come with?"

Canyon perked his ears at the sound of his brothers voice. He saw him snapping at a small dog, and snickered. Saint was no saint, that’s for sure. Canyon jumped off of the cushion and walked towards Saint, who was now talking to Molik. “ Hello you two” he said, nodding at the two dogs. Hearing small whimpers come from the small dog that Saint snapped at, he turned back towards his brother. “ Why must you be so ignorant?” He asked, grinning at Saint. He thought he was harsh to Sandpiper until he saw what his brother did to that poor female.

"Anyway... I have to go. See you late." He waved goodbye to sorren and left the room. He walked around the house for abir untill he got bored. "Man do i really have no other friends aside from sorren?" he thought to himself. "I should probably go and make some. How hard can it be?" He walked around the house again, looking for other dogs to chat with.

The mostly white male flicked his white tipped brown tail and twitched his ears. He shook his head back and forth gently a few times. The butterflies and warmth came back as he saw that smile...Not that it was a bad thing. He gasped and swallowed...then made other small sounds. He took a breath, steeling himself and saying “Y-Yes.”
