Accalia gently lifted his large paw in hers to examine it carefully. It was a deep thorn, but she’d be able to pull it out. The Healer leaned forwards and slowly clamped her teeth around the thorn. She mumbled a sorry, then jerked her head sharply and took the thorn clean out. Accalia spat the dark brown thistle into a bush. She eyed Golli’s wound, which bled a little bit. The Healer sliced of a small piece of moss from the ground and quietly pressed it to the bleeding wound. “There.”

Accalia flushed with embarrassment, her tail curled tightly around her leg. “Maybe.” She whispered, removing the moss and giving it two quick licks before swiftly putting the moss back, but on the cleaner side. She let out a small giggle and her ear flicked nervously. Was that okay?

Shadow dipped her head. "Of course." Peering out of the den, she looked around for Cole, but couldn’t see him anywhere. "One moment." She stepped out of the den and scanned the camp. "Ash, Cole! There’s something I need to do. I won’t be long. Until I’m back, hold down the fort." She returned and nodded to Everest. "We should go now, under the cover of darkness, where if they decide to give chance, we can lose them more easily," she suggested.

Karter smiled, just the slightest bit, and when she reached up to brush against his chin, the brown furred Warrior tilted his head down ever so slightly to nuzzle lightly against his mate's head. They had both been through much in just the course of a single day, and it was never easy, of course, but they were together. They were a family, and really, that was what counted more than anything else.

With a beautiful pelt, eyes the colour of the ocean, with a mix of ferocity and empathy that made her good at whatever she did... how could nobody have fallen for that before? "There is. Twice, actually. One was a young wolf when we were Trainees. Unfortunately..." his voice caught. "She was not a member of our Pack, and shortly after I told her the truth, she was killed, and it is rumoured it was by her own brother's claws. He says it was an accident, and that he lives with guilt to this day, but sky-dogs only know. The second..." his voice trailed off just for a moment. "She's one of our own. I never did say it aloud, but I did all I could to show it. Through touch, or kind gestures."

Leo shrugged as well. "Sure. Though...it’s pretty easy. We just go through the territory to one of the borders and check for scent markers. Make sure there’s no enemy wolves on our side, and refresh our own scent markers if needed," he explained.
