Tendril huffed in light annoyance as she regained her breath after she had been winded by the experienced Lightning Pack Warrior Trainee. However, her mood changed almost as fast as it had dropped. "Mmf." she muttered and she inhaled a large breath, and exhaled the same one. "That was soooo cool! I can see how that'll hurt." She used her tail to dust off her coat once more, but didn't bother to shake anything off. She was... too lazy for that. Instead, Tendril merely shrugged a leaf off her shoulder and wagged her dusty tail back and forth.

He rolled off, dropping back into his low stance.

Shadow got to her feet again and charged at once, turning at the last second to body-slam against the black Warrior before springing away.

Smoke's tail wagged. "You wanna try it on me? You just rear up and grab the opponent's paws as you reach them," she explained.

He pulled his own legs out from under him, dropping to the ground to reduce the effect of her body slam. It took him a moment to get up, meaning he couldn't make an attack of his own.

Tendril nodded quite excitedly and turned to face the charcoal Trainee. It took her a few tries to finally balance on her legs, but she finally was able to complete the task. She wobbled on her hind legs, then sturdied herself and lifted her paws. She flew down at Smoke with an air of agility and made an attempt to grab at her fluffy paws.

Using that moment, Shadow moved in again to try and deliver a sharp nip to his shoulder, nothing terrible. Her mother had always told her if not in a serious fight, never take advantage of a sparring partner who can’t make a move of their own...well, not TOO badly anyway. Then again, her mother had been a relatively gentle wolf. A trait she shared only with one of her children, and that child was not Shadow.

Smoke didn’t make an attempt to move. It’d be good for Tendril to get the feel for things, even though it definitely hurt when the other she-wolf crashed down on her. Her paws were successfully pinned though. If I’d tried to move, I’d have been well out of there, but she’s got strength, for sure.

Tendril was so surprised that her move had worked, she came tumbling down after pinning Smoke successfully. "WuuAGH!" she barked as she skidded to the ground. She sneezed as she nearly inhaled a cricket, but recovered quickly. The little shine of pride in her eyes turned to worry as she saw the Warrior Trainee. "Oh no! Are you ok? Did that hurt? I'm sorry!" she apologized, hurrying over to the she-wolf and helping her up.

Smoke accepted the help up, a bit winded, but shook it off pretty quickly. "I’m fine! I take some real cuts and scrapes in actual training. Shadow doesn’t go easy on ANYONE. I mean...look at them! That’s her own mate!" She nodded towards where Ash and
Shadow were sparring.

So by tommorow the battle shouldn’t have been going on for a long time??

Tendril stepped back from Smoke, glancing at the two wolves who looked like they were sparring for their lives in the middle of the Hollow. "Her own.. mate? Isn't that a bit.. harsh?" She winced and her eyes widened a little bit with worry as Lightning Alpha Shadow made a sharp attempt to nip at the other wolf's shoulder. Shadow's mate whirled around and snarled. Tendril supposed that was how REAL Warriors fought. Wow.

OOC: @Palm: Dune and Striker are sparring together, aren't they?
