Accalia breathed in disbelief as a grin spread across her face. She gently lifted her pup and nosed it over to Aala. She settled down quietly, her muscles feeling weary and her head swimming. She let the news sink in and stayed quiet for the couple to choose names. She chuckled a little to herself as she went over the fact she was no longer a Trainee in her head.

Tendril waved her tail to scoop the rest of her bundle's contents into their place. "I'm a Hunter Trainee!" she panted, tilting her head at the charcoal she-wolf. "Is being a Warrior Trainee fun? What's it like? Who's your mentor?" she blurted, questions flooding from her body. Wow, a real Lightningwolf. Tendril still couldn't believe it. She had expected them to be much different, but now she realized they weren't. They were just normal wolves like the Fire Pack.

"It’s exciting! We get to hit things and practice technique! Sparring is always fun, and I’m pretty awesome! I think I might graduate soon." She puffed her chest out proudly. "Alpha Shadow is my trainer!"

"Nor do I," he admitted awkwardly. "I just remember...I wanted to name one June in favour of my little sister," he remembered.

Ash watched, waiting in case anyone took up the challenge. "If not, I'll spar with you. Just don't go easy on me because I'm your mate," he joked.

Athena padded with easy into the hollow, her eyes glistening as she observed the many wolves. The scents flooded her nose and she grinned. Her eyes darted to Catania as she pounded into the hollow and she quickly found a seat next to her trainee.

Tendril's eye widened in awe. "Alpha Shadow? Wow! Awesome!" She pricked her ears as the Alpha called, inviting for a spar. Her paws itched to go but she knew she'd be crushed. Still, it was just a game. Tendril growled internally. She didn't know how to fight! The Hunter Trainee looked back at Smoke. "I'm sure you are!" she teased.

Shadow glanced at Ash with a smirk. "Ash, I am an ALPHA. I never go easy on anyone for any reason. If they can’t defend themselves, they can’t defend themselves."

Smoke followed Tendril's gaze to where Shadow had called for a round of sparring. Did the Trainee want to go. "You’re a Hunter Trainee, right? If you want, you can still try. I could teach you a couple things first."

The Trainee's eyes sparkled with admiration. "You'd really do that?" She wagged her tail hopefully, and a grin spread across her face. She had always watched the Warrior Trainees of Fire Pack with a small twinge of jealousy. She had often dreamed of what her life would e like if she had chosen that path. "If you want to, I would be SO happy!" she blinked at Smoke and forced down a giggle.
