Harper hadn't been expecting the force of another attack after she'd tried to leave the scene. However, it wasn't Logan this time it was Veghrishi. The force had caused her to stumble and fall to the ground, her balance on basicaly three legs wasn't the greatest. She looked at the onyx wolf as she snarled and snapped, "What did he ever do for me!" She scoffed, "I was always hidden in the background! Just because I'm on three legs," She looked away from the wolves, her chest rising and falling heavily, "Because, remember I'm useless," She wouldn't dare pull herself back up to her paws in fear of getting attacked again, she expected nothing-the-less from the high ranked wolves. "None of you know me asides my name, because none of you bother because I'm an omega, you act like omegas are Just a waste of air," She said in a hushed tones, She had repeated what a wolf had told her once, it was something that really affected her outlook on high ranked wolves.

The chit-chat, again, she had heard throughout the camp. One voice that came her way was Drift's, and although no name was mentioned by him specifically, Veghrishi knew exactly whom his words had been meant for. She lifted one of her audits just a bit from the top of her skull, aimed in his direction. Calm down and take a breath were the words. Having at least knocked Harper over was fine enough, Veghrishi supposed.

At least it seemed she had gotten the point, at least... sort of. She hadn't moved from her position upon the ground at bare minimum, and at least that was better than she had shown Logan a moment ago. So that was a step in the right direction at least, right? Veghrishi heard Harper speak then, and snorted at her.

"There's safety in numbers, you insolent canine! How about somewhere to stay? Meals larger than a measely mouse every so often? On your own, you wouldn't last a month."

All of it the truth too, except maybe the month part. A month was all Veghrishi was willing to bet on Harper making it on her own anyway. Maybe two months max before the female withered away to absolutely nothing. If it wasn't for Drift...

"You aren't the only three-legged wolf, you know. But you are certainly the most useless three-legged wolf, that's for sure. And you want to know why? Because you act the part. You act it to a perfect T.

"Finite. His name was Finite. He was a relation to me, you insignificant coward. He was also a three-legged wolf and you know what rank he was? Sub Alpha. That was his rank. You know why he was Sub Alpha?

"Because he earned it. You wanna stop being treated like the trash you like being? Earn your way out. And stop using your three-leggedness as a disability!"

With that, Veghrishi took a few steps backward, turning her body more toward Drift before taking a quick glance back at Harper.

"Oh, and next time you pull something like this, may Fenris have mercy on you because I won't. I suggest you learn respect."

Her eyes moved toward Drift, having noted his playful words. Her defensives eased into normal positions as Veghrishi offered a playful nip.

Rose was padding along back to the pack when she heard shouting she rushed there to see a Veghrishi yelling at Harper she sighed and walked to the prey pile. She saw it was almost empty. She was proud of herself because she had scented a deer. She went to talk to the alpha. With difficulty she forced herself to bow slightly and then she returned to her rigid stance. "Alpha" she stated nodding slightly, "I have scented a deer just a bit away from the pack. It isn't that big but it's enough to feed the pack. I need your help taking it down." She proudly puffed up her chest when she stated her find and waited for the Alpha's reply.

Logan growled under neath his throat, he watched the omega leave, then saw Veghrishi enter. Quickly he starts to walk towards her, but as she starts yelling at the omega he stops. Hearing what she said he growls softly 'its alright Veghrishi, she may act that way if she wants, it wont get her anywhere but if she wants it then shes got it" he says to the she wolf. As Edelweiss comes up to the alpha he looks over and stops growling, his eyes go soft. "Im alright, just make sure shes good first" he says pointing at the omega, he may be tough but he still cares about his pack. When drift comes up to him he sighs "yes i just might" he says, then chuckles "no im kidding friend, i wouldn't, unless you showed disrespect then maybe yeah" he chuckles again then walks away. He nudges Veghrishi again and says "thank you" then walks to his den. But being stopped he looks over and sees Rose coming towards him, she is in a respectful stance. He lifts himself up more and walks over to the she wolf "what is it Rose?" he asks, as she starts to talk he nods "yes, i'll get a patrol on it right now" he walks over to a hunter "Veghrishi, i want you to go on a patrol with some of the other hunters, go with Rose please. Rose your in charge of the patrol"

Edelweiss - Female - 3 Years - Lead Healer

Edelweiss nodded, tail giving a small wag. She gave a small happy huff in greeting to Drift before trotting off to check on Harper.

"Well now," she snorted playfully, "I don't care if you're omega or not. An injured packmate is an injured pack, so unless you think I"m too high ranked and disdainful to waste time on you..."

Not bothering to wait for a response, she began to look Harper over. It didn't seem like there was any serious damage, other than some bruises and likely some soreness. Carefully, she groomed some displaced fur back into the position it should've been in before trotting off again. She settled in a sunny spot nearby Logan's den and called out to the alpha. "Any big plans for today?"

Waiting for an answer, she began to groom herself boredly.

Twist watched the commotion in the camp from a distance, his ear twitching thoughtfully. He was an omega as well, and he essentially also had three functioning feet. 'Least I know I'm omega 'cause I'm lazy. He felt a bit of pity for the other omega, though. The rules of the pack were brutal, but maybe they were for the best. His skinny tail tapped the ground boredly as the argument more or less disbanded.
