Chip
Male, 1 year, goldendoodle, Mentions;_ ; @ Tiger, Cookie

He stopped in fear when the Tiger spotted him. But his tone made Chip relax. He was trying to help the Rottweiler too so he surely wasn't terrible. Chip came forward, tail wagging at the mention that he could help too. If he was going to help, Chip wanted to too. "Yeah, I'll help!" He barked, a bit too loudly. He lowered his voice. "I'll help," He repeated. His attitude towards these fellow dogs had changed completely.
"Nice to meet you too, Tiger." Chip smiled. "My name's Chip," His tail wagged furiously. He looked at the injured one before his gaze turned back to Tiger. "How can I help?" He asked. He didn't just want to dive in and do something wrong. He wanted these dogs to like him. Plus, he wouldn't wanna accidentally do something wrong that could wind up making her injuries worse. Chip waited for a reply.
Chaos
Male, 5 year, German shep x Husky, Mentions; _; @ Dante

Chaos heard water splashing behind him as the other dog came after him. The dog held a defensive stance which made Chaos stiffen but he relaxed when he did. "I'm Chaos," He said. He felt relieved when he said he wouldn't hurt him. Chaos was smaller than him. But he did take in his advice and wished he had been more careful when he took a fall into the water earlier-his face turned to disgust as he realized he had swallowed some. He looked down at the murky water, which seemed to be mocking him at the moment. Chaos turned back to him. "Yeah I'm coming," He said, turning back to the ground up ahead. The sooner they got out of this water, the better. "So, what's your name?" He asked. He felt a bit stupid to ask that but he wanted to know who he was travelling with at least.
Chaos frowned as he realized how famished he was. he hadn't eaten since the quake, which to him was quite a while ago. He had found a rat earlier but turned his nose up at that. It had probably been infected + carrying a disease, quite likely since it had been sitting in the water for who knows how long.
Aster
Female, 4 year, German shep x Irish Wh, @ Maxwell, Ajax, Serai, Winter

Aster lifted her head, wincing at the dull pain. She realized this must've been the dog that howled. She tensed as he turned to her and called her out. But then she looked at the other dogs. They seemed beaten as well. Aster forced herself to relax and turned back to the male who had howled. She was fine, and he seemed friendly. She took a small few steps forward as she spoke. "Could be better," She said with a light shrug. Her tone was dull and unamused though despite her now softer gaze. Why should she bother looking pleased with the condition the city and herself were in, there was no point to it. But she felt her current mood dying out and began to feel hope. Perhaps this was a fresh start to a new life. She already saw a pack forming inside her head, and wondered what the other dog had in mind.
Aster's eyes landed on the female-Winter. She probably had had owners before the destruction. Aster had grown up on the streets, having to deal with her wounds herself. But she was right, it was the worse injury Aster had experienced by far, and that was saying something. She gave Winter a curt nod, but refused to say anything to her, not wanting to sound harsh due to her mood. These dogs didn't know her well and she wanted to come off friendly most of the time, although she probably looked rather belligerent and unapproachable right now.
Aster looked as another dog approached her and began to examine her leg wound. A full recovery would definitely be nice. She looked at the other dogs around her again. Aster finally made up her mind; she'd stay. She wasn't gonna lie either, she enjoyed company and she did need to rest, according to Serai. "I'm not sure, I don't think so," She stretched her leg out a little. She winced but was positive she hadn't hurt bones or whatever else Serai had been saying. "I don't even remember how I injured it..." She mumbled, thinking hard. She had been in an alley way when the Earthquake struck, napping. She had almost been crushed by falling bricks...Maybe on of those hit her. But the wound looked like it had been cut by something. She remembered then; A sharp piece of wood had done this. She didn't remember what she'd been doing though, her head hurt too much to think.
