Murdoc's eyes widened when Maxwell began to speak to him - he was surprisingly kind, and seemed like he'd make a good leader. The Doberman relaxed, looking at the ground. "No, no, it's alright, I'll stay.." Murdoc spoke, lowering his head and looking back up from the ground. "I'm just a bit shaken up from the water.." He said, looking back down with a sigh escaping from under his breath then noticing a small gash on his leg, in which he licked until it no longer stung, then lifted his head back up whenever someone began to speak.
Murdoc's back began to itch. As he turned his head to itch his back, he had realized that his short coat had somehow been infested with fleas. It was just another problem to add to the list. Maybe he wasn't too cut out for this whole surviving without humans thing."It's better to stay in a group.. I believe." The nervous Doberman paused."Murdoc's the name." He introduced himself, then sat down, looking up from the ground and made eye contact with Maxwell, awaiting his response, but was soon distracted and turned his head whenever someone else began to speak. Murdoc was rarely around other dogs, so this was an interesting experience for him.
