Demon stood strong. His chest puffed out with pride as he stared down his Beta. "Was that you..." He waivered for a moment, debating if he really wanted to confront Akela or play dumb that he didn't just smell him at the border with the Alpha.
No, no, no demon. Keep your head. If he is trying to conspire against you to take this pack down.. you have to confront him. He thought to himself. "Was that you," He started again, "I smelt at the border with Kendall..." He growled in a low voice to keep out of earshot of pumpkin and the others. He knew it was Akela.. It was clear as day that he was there with that unforgettable stank of Kendall. Not giving Akela a chance to lie or answer, he snapped. "What were you doing with her? Giving her plans to ambush the pack? Betraying us? How could you?" He snapped loudly this time as his feelings began to unhinge. His sharp teeth were now showing in a snarl and drool was seeping out of the sides of his jaws.
Demon snapped out of his snarl when he heard pumpkin yelp loudly. He shot his head around in an almost panic.
Dammit Demon, a pup is a lot of responsibility.. what were you thinking? He lectured himself. Looking over to where Soulfire and Pumpkin were playing.
I would really hate to kill Soulfire over something as trivial as hurting my pup He thought forgetting of Akela for a brief moment before looking back to him. His Ears layed flat against his head, wanting the beta to explain himself. He was no longer snarling, in fact it looked almost like he was pouting.

Storm got a wild look in her eye. Before she ever got moving her tongue hung out of her mouth like she was suddenly having a hot flash. She winked to Nidavellir and then broke off from him. Running up the right side of the tree line. Her white figure blurring as she ran. She stood low beneath the shrub on the edge of the clearing waiting for the beta to give her the sign. Her green eyes watching every movement the herd made. She tried to calm herself and her breathing. She didn't want to ruin this for Nidavellir. She wanted to share this amazing moment. Her muscles twitched with anticipation and she readied herself for the attack.
